About: Since a young child I have cared for animals of all sorts, from young to old! I have always cared for animals in a way that sets me apart from others and it’s been noted by anyone that has hired me. From administering medications to just keeping your animal company, I can be your go to person! I have never had issues with animals not liking me and I take pride in the fact that by the end of my time with them, they won’t want me to leave! I enjoy spending time with animals and giving them the love and attention they so dearly deserve! I love keeping you updated on your animals because I know how stressful it can be to leave your fur babies. I also have experience with anxious animals as well and no matter what type of animal I always read their body language and respect what they want! I also make sure to test the ground your dog will be walking on before they do so to make sure they won’t be burnt if it’s too hot! I mainly have a very free schedule which allows me to do frequent check ins through out the day, whether that be to feed your animals, play with them or walk them if wanted! The only thing I don’t currently offer is boarding at my house due to space! I have done many jobs where I stay in the clients home and take on any tasks that the animals needs as well as just checking in on the animals multiple times in a day. I pride myself in also keeping you updated, as I know how stressful it can be to be away from your fur babies. I have experience administering medications and can follow a strict schedule!
“Kim was amazing. We lost track of time as first time parents and were lucky enough to book her just a few days before the holidays, for a lengthy stretch. She went above and beyond caring for our 2 cats. Always daily pictures with a note. She noticed when our anxious cat started stress licking and was able to use our diffuser to help provide some calming smells for them. She even set our trash out on the last day which was not expected. Could not recommend her more!”

About: I have a super energetic beagle, and an old teacup poodle, so I can handle both sides of the spectrum of dogs. I love dogs of any size and temperament! I currently work three days a week, so I can spend much time with your babies! Caring for pets is a big part of my life and I would love to help! When working with animals I always am very attentive. I will let them out multiple times, let them get their energy out, always keep their water bowl full and give them so much love!

She was prompt, available last minute which I am so thankful for, and great with communication and response! A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
