Excellent dog caregiver! My dog is so comfortable with Ashley, that when I tell him, “Ashley is on her way!” he immediately runs to the window to watch for her! She is kind, easy to work with, and very trustworthy. She has taken great care of my dog more than once and am grateful for her patience and great care she always provides. I am very comfortable and lucky to be able to depend on her caring for my dog. Thank you,Ms Ashley!

Heather was absolutely amazing! She had great communication from the very beginning and even scheduled a meet-and-greet beforehand, which made us feel so much more comfortable. She was incredibly attentive and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood Nami’s routine and how to take the best care of her while we were away. Throughout our trip, Heather sent regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She did everything we asked and truly went above and beyond. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Nami and treated her like her own. We will definitely be booking with Heather again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog walker!

About: I have worked and been around animals since I was born. I use to work for a reserve rehabilitator and animal shop owner. I have worked with many breeds of cats and dogs and understand each one can be uniquely different. What works for one may not always work for another. I’m retired navy so I have all day to work with your animals. I can do drop ins throughout the day to check on them to let them out or take on a walk. Pretty flexible schedule. In my home I have a 5 year old husky who has been raised around cats and puppies. He is good at helping correct puppies. He has had one litter of his own pups. I do not have a fenced yard, but can take them on leash in the yard and live in a nice neighborhood to walk your animal. If you want crate training I have a couple already here at the house

About: Hi there! Growing up I was always an animal person, every year on my birthday when I blew out the candles I would always wish for 100 dogs. Now that’s probably not a smart decision but I feel like that wish has been granted with all of the dogs I’ve watched. I’ve been dogsitting for 6 years now and have loved every second of it. I’ve watched tiny Chihuahuas to large Great Danes, I also have a lot of experience with cats. I’m looking forward to meeting your furry friend! I currently work Monday-Thursday 9-4. I have a lunch break at 12 that I would be able to let them out as well. My weekends are usually free Safety is my number one priority. I am able to crate your dog if you prefer that and set an alarm if you have one.

About: Hi, I’m Bri! I’m a lifelong animal lover with professional experience as a pet sitter, dog walker, kennel technician, and current kennel manager. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, including seniors, high-energy pets, and those with special needs. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, or extra comfort while you’re away, I provide attentive, reliable care and treat every animal like family. I work full-time as a kennel manager, with shifts from 6am–2pm or 6am–6pm, so early morning or evening pickup and drop-off work best. On my days off, I dedicate my full attention to your pets, making sure they get plenty of love, playtime, and personalized care. For everyone’s safety, I ask that pets are up to date on vaccinations, flea-free, and friendly with other pets. I can only accept small dogs, as my medium sized dog isn’t comfortable around larger breeds. If your cat prefers their own space, I can keep my cats separated to help them feel comfortable.

About: I have taken care of multiple animals. I have experience in providing medication as well as dog walking. I’m excited to have the opportunity to love on your fur baby while you are away. I work, but my schedule is flexible enough to fit in regular feedings, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. I can adjust visits around work hours, and I always make sure your pet stays on their routine with plenty of attention, clean litter, and love built in. I follow each pet’s routine closely meals on time, fresh water, clean litter boxes, walks or play as needed, and plenty of attention based on their comfort level. I’m patient with shy animals, gentle with seniors, and keep a calm, safe environment for everyone. About: Here at Ty's Bark Club I take the health and well-being of each and every fur baby that I am rewarded the opportunity to care for. I understand that they are an extension of your family. My goal is to provide you with the best quality of care, starting from the initial point of contact. While your fur baby is here, I evaluate their overall well-being, paying close attention to their play method, eating, drinking, bowel movements, limb movement, teeth and more. I educate myself on each animal to be able to ensure their stay is enjoyable, being they are away from family and their stomping grounds. No pet is too old, young, small, giant, dark, light, quiet or mouthy to come enjoy a vacation at TT's Bark Club. My fur baby is just like having a child, I set rules and establish boundaries for a well-rounded human-to-canine/feline relationship. I understand the importance of obedience and how tedious and time consuming that can be, I am offering to train your pet for you. Be sure to read to find out more. Leave a review & include #TeamTy and get 20% your next booking over $75. My willingness to learn and transparency is what enhances my reputation, based on the reviews from previous pet owners leaving their heart felt comments. I am determined to efficiently ensure a clean and safe environment as I am conducting our kennel out of the comfort of my home. With a flexible daily schedule, I maintain a healthy schedule that fits each need of your pet(s) during their stay with me. Being outside to smell the air and feeling the breeze is the best part about vacation, right? Well at Ty's, outside is where the grass is green, the sun is hot, and the water comes with ice cubes to beat the heat. I conduct daily cleaning. Ensuring to clean bowels, cages, toys, linen and more. During each feeding time, ALL pets are put into their crates, read to find out more. My backyard has been newly fenced in to provide the best security for your pets while they are here. Some quick repairs have been done to the fence, since running the kennel. (Great updates coming soon)!! There is minor dirt but mostly grass that is well maintained. Considering how many pets come to my home, we have a company come out to spray the outside and inside of the home for a variety of pest to include by not limited to fleas, ticks and flies. This is a home-based business, thus leaving out key information about your pet is a non-negotiable and could potentially be a hazard for your pet and others. If your pet’s care guide is not an accurate description on their behavior once arrived, early pick-up will be required, so misrepresentation is highly discouraged. This is not a pet foster home, mean-time in between time, shelter, or rescue. It is prohibited to bring your pet(s) here, while you are looking for a new home for them. I do not wish to be a part of that transaction; have tried it and wish nothing but the best for you during that adventure. Thank you for understanding.

About: I have had dogs since 2013. I had three, I currently have two. One of them had epilepsy, this gave me experience with seizures and administering medicine. I also worked at a doggy day care for 1 year, there I cared for large groups of dogs. We fed them, changed out water 4-5 times a day, picked up after them and played with them. I'm knowledgeable about dog behavior and how to avoid situations that would be harmful. I know to test the pavement heat before a walk on hot days. I'm currently seeking steady employment but am wanting to make this my steady job. I'm available during the week from six am to 5 pm I'm currently unable to pet sit in my home. I'm more than happy to pet sit in the dogs/cats home that makes the pets more comfortable as well since it's not a strange house with strange smells. I'm more than happy to drop in or stay for awhile. I enjoy taking walks and it's always good to have a friend (your pet) with me.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my entire life. I have either had my own or helped neighbors and family with theirs. I have had to do things like feed, walk and play with peoples pets both while they were out of town and while they had a busy work schedule. It is something I genuinely enjoy. I currently have a work from home job that allows me to work with pets most days and most times - I have a very flexible routine because of this. I do have three cats at home so care in my home would pose difficulties. I would mostly want to care for them in your home so they feel most comfortable too!

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals and breeds since I was a young girl. I love all animals and always have had a great bond with them. If you choose me your dog won’t only be well feed, clean and active. They will also be very very happy. I love spending my days surrounded by adorable pets. I am available during the week anytime. I am the boss of my own travel agency so I do work mostly at home. So I will still be able to provide your fur baby with everything they need. I tend to not get much sleep on a regular basis so your fur baby will be constantly looked after. I actually have my own fur baby’. Onyx and Phoenix are my pride and joy and so is taking care of your baby. They love making new friends and playing all day. I’ll always treat your baby as if he or she was my baby.

About: About Me 🐾 I’ve been caring for dogs since I was just 7 years old! I grew up helping my grandfather care for his hunting dogs, which taught me from an early age how much patience, responsibility, and love goes into caring for animals. Today, I’m a proud dog mom to Ozzy, an energetic Australian Kelpie who definitely keeps me on my toes! 🐶💙 I’ve also provided drop-in care for family and friends, caring for both dogs and cats. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I’m committed to treating every pet like they’re part of my own family. I’d love the opportunity to care for your furry family members and give you peace of mind while you’re away! 🐾 I’m currently looking for full-time employment so I have pretty much open availability. My schedule would be open from 9a-230p, M-Fr, time could be shorter depending on location. I can only do drop in care at the moment. I can let them out to potty, take a short walk and/or play in your yard.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities for years, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. Friends and neighbors trust me to provide reliable, loving care ; whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or overnight stays. I treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away I’m a full‑time Army soldier, and caring for pets is one of the things that brings me joy outside of work. Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Ansley Mill. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

  • 100% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 93% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
