About: I’ve had a dog most of my life, but I’ve owned Cavaliers for 15 years. I’ve cared for multiple dogs at one time. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. I can also care for fish and do general housekeeping. I work Monday-Friday during the day, mainly in Wichita and I reside in El Dorado. I prefer to be in the Wichita metro area so that I can do potty runs if needed. I prefer to care for pets in my client’s home so that the dogs are used to their normal environment and routine. If needed, I can care for a single small-medium sized dog in my home, although the dog must be comfortable being on a leash as I do not have a fenced yard. Also, I am not a smoker or drinker.

“Shyann took wonderful care of our dog Ellie! She was very thorough and communicative. It was nice knowing that we could rely on someone to such good care of Ellie. We will definitely be using Shyann again!”

“Jennifer did an awesome job! She made sure our dog was fed, walked & got a bunch of cuddles. She even went above & beyond in cleaning an accident on the carpet & brought out trash can in from the end of the driveway. Oreo gives her four paws up!”

“Thanks so much for your updates about Baby-cat! Travel was way less stressful knowing that she was being cared for by someone attentive to her needs ☺️”

“Elise was great! Very reliable and took great care of my pup :)”

“Could not ask for a more thoughtful and reliable person for my precious dogs!”

“She will update me with photos and my baby daily activities. Very trust worthy personality. Even willing to go extra miles on taking my baby with her for daycare. And got him a lovely Christmas gift ! Highly recommended! Will have Lisa takes care of my baby again.”

About: Becoming a dog mom totally changed the game for me, I’ve always loved dogs, but now I truly get how special they are. Whether it’s puppies with zoomies or senior dogs who just want a slow stroll and some love, I’m here for it all. I’m super patient, love being outside, and have a blast training, playing, and walking pups of all ages. I’ve done months of dog training courses and learned how to handle many situations whether that’s walking, playing games, getting your dog used to new people, etc. Your dog will get lots of love, fresh air, and maybe even a new best friend (me!). I’m currently looking to dog sit over the summer while I search for a full-time position, so my schedule is super flexible! I’m available most days and can accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening needs—just let me know what works best for you and your pup! I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect as if they were my own. That means sticking to their routines, following any special instructions carefully, and making sure pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. I’m also mindful of keeping your home clean, secure, and well-maintained, just like I do with my own space. You can trust that I’m responsible, attentive, and respectful of both your pets and your home

About: I've been a volunteer at Caring Hands Humane Society for 4+ years, and in January of 2022 I raised a litter of 6 Pomsky puppies! I have a 4+ year old orange Siberian Husky, and I've grown up with a couple family dogs, so I've always been around animals and want to pursue an animal related career! I'm currently working a part time job, and I would love to take your dog for a walk, play with them, or simply keep them company while you're away! I'm available 9am - 9pm Mon, Wed, Thu, but am somewhat flexible on weekends for house sitting. I have a fenced backyard and 2 energetic Siberian Huskies that are very friendly and play well with new dogs; I take them to the Newton dog park often and they absolutely love it! I can provide a crate for a medium - large dog if needed/requested. My dog sleeps in my room with an open crate so she can sleep in her crate or just on the floor. I have plenty chew toys, everything from tennis balls to rope toys to an assortment of squeakers!

About: I have two big dogs, a pyrenees, and a pyrenees mix. I also have 4 cats, and 2 pet rats. I have experience with puppies as well, as our dog has had 2 litters of puppies. We live on a small homestead, so every day I maintain our chickens, pigs, and bunnies plus the rest of our pets. I have loved animals my whole life! I’m a stay at home mom, so I am free almost every week day during school hours, (or earlier) and available to help out during the weekends! We have a tall chain link pen next to our barn, as well as an unused garage apartment that can be used for cats or small dogs.

About: I have worked for over three years in a clinical environment with hopes to attend vet school next year! I have had many experiences with a wide variety of animals through shelter medicine as well as my own! I’m currently working on nights right now at an animal clinic, so anything during the day I am pretty free to provide any services needed! Depending upon the instructions that I receive for the dog(s), I will follow them to the point to make sure the animals are cared for completely. Whether it be food, water, or toys, they will receive optimum care. I have a fenced in yard too to provide them care as well!

About: Hello there! If you are looking for someone to come into your home and treat your animals like they are part of the family, then look no further -- I am your girl! I have experience with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, aquatic animals, equines and various farm animals -- including feeding grooming, cage/habitat maintenance and administering medications (topicals, pills, etc.). I have always been an avid animal lover, and have several of my own! Nyx is my sweet malamute mix - she is my world. When things have gotten tough, she has always been by my side (when she isn't trying to be an escape artist to go and find new adventures that is!). She enjoys car rides (usually how I convince her to come back home when she gets to wandering...) and LOVES the colder weather. I have a hard time getting her to come in when it is chilly or snowy out -- gotta love those northern breeds! She is still pretty spry at 9 years old - so hopefully we have several more years of adventures to come. I frequently watch my parent's dog, Leo -- he was diagnosed with epilepsy a year ago and has to have medication 2x a day, at specific times. I currently have a senior cat, Isabella, who is 17 years old. I adopted her from the humane society when she was 4 months old and the cranky old lady has had it good ever since. I currently have a couple of fish tanks up and going: one has tropical fish (platties, mollies, guppies) and the other is a cold water tank that houses my axolotl, Crash. Crash has been a hit with the students at school, so she usually stays at school except on extended breaks and over the summer. I no longer have my chameleon, Alberto, or my many hamsters -- but I do have experience with small rodents and reptiles as well. I had the opportunity to volunteer at a local horse rescue for over a year and they taught me a lot about working with equines! I have farm-sat for two different families with equines for extended periods of time. One family has 2 BLM mustangs (one with groundwork manners and one project horse working on halter training), as well as chickens. While working with Indy and Thunder, we worked on listening/walking on a lead and furthered the halter training. The other family I farm-sat for had 2 horses (both with groundwork, one a competitive horse), 2 Dobermanns, 2 cats and a donkey. I am confident with mixing individual feeds/diets and basic grooming. I also have some experience with other farm animals such as goats, sheep, chickens, pigs and cows! In short - all animals are awesome! I currently work full time for Wichita Public Schools, so pet care occurs before work in the morning (prior to 8:30 a.m.) and after my contract ends (4:30 p.m.). I am available most weekends as well! Send me a message, and lets set something up! What you do for your pets when you are home is what I aim to mimic. I will treat your animals like I would my own; in short - spoiled! My job is to mimic what you do to minimize the disruption to your animal's day to day life while providing all the love and belly rubs that are allowed. You say you have a persnickety donkey that gets fed every morning, rain or shine, at 5:30 on the dot or else he brays until everyone around is up -- then I am getting up and feeding him before then! If you have on-going training with your animal (halter training a BLM mustang, kennel training a puppy, leash training on walks), then that is what we work on. Barkley needs to go for a mile walk daily to run out his energy and prevent destructive habits? Got it. Piano Guys radio needs to be put on every time the cat is left alone so she isn't lonely? Can do! No judgement here! If I stay at your place, I pick up after myself. You will come home to a house that is just as clean as when you left it. My animals ARE my family - I will take care of yours like they are my own.

About: I was raised on a farm my whole life taking care of animals! I have a huge heart for any animal and always enjoy getting to know their different personalities! I have experience with diabetic and senior dogs :) I work full time in healthcare but luckily, I have weekends off and I’m always home by 2:30pm! I have lots of time to play with and get to know your pup! I have a pretty big fenced in yard along with free rome in the home! I have 3 friendly dogs of my own but am willing to keep mine separated if wanted.

About: I have had dogs my whole life that I solely care for. Now I live in a dorm and miss spending that time with a pet. I have had a diabetic dog and am trained in giving shots to dogs. I have also had a dog who went blind. My best friend also has had a few litters of puppies that I help out with. I have college classes Monday through Wednesday, but only in the morning! The rest of my free time could be better spent with an animal! I can happily follow instructions down to the letter to provide everything your pet may need. I would be happy to provide love and care for your pet in the comfort in their own home.

“Excellent care. Very conscientious animal lovers. I had left my dog inside the house thinking my schedule would get me back to have him in the porch as promised. I was late, but Meghan & Kenny waited around to see if I would return. Each time I have used them I can only rate them as excellent.”

“Amy did great! Sammie was happy to see her! Thank you for doing what you do!”

“Savannah did a great job with my two kitties while I was away for a week. Made me very relieved that I had someone I could trust to watch them. 10/10 would use her again!”

About: I have 3 years and counting in experience working at a dog hotel and day camp facility. I have dealt with seizures, administering insulin, giving/ forcing medications when necessary, and all sorts of temperaments. I have a love for animals and especially dogs. I only want for them to feel safe and to know that it is okay. I am currently working part time and I am looking for something to fill the extra pass time in my schedule with something that I love to do and that is to take care of animals. I will make sure the dog feels comfortable with me in their home and go slow to ensure that I am not there to hurt them by any means. I will make sure they have their play time and take them out to go to the bathroom when they need.

“Tamra helped me out in a pinch with my cat!”

About: Love animals would have every breed of dog if I could. Can help with all pets needs. I have dogs, cats fish and in the past a few amphibians. I am currently home for the summer so I'm available about any time that is needed except for over night unless at my home since I have kids. I would care for every animal as my own. Their needs usually come before my own just out of habit just like my kids do.

12. Olivia L.
“Olivia is not only an honest sweet person, she also goes above and beyond for everyone...even her furry friends. We had Olivia house/pet sit for us while we were on vacation for ten days. Olivia took care of our dog, cat, two fish, and home for that time. When we returned home, our dog had two new toys, new treats, and the cat had new treats as well. She added more water to the fish tank when it got low as well. Olivia spoiled and loved on our fur babies as if they were her own. In addition to her great pet care, the house was clean as well. She washed the very few dishes she had used while we were gone. She even went as far as washing the bedding and towels she had used. All the mail and packages were brought in and stacked nicely for us. I would 100% recommend Olivia to take care of your pets and/or home for you.”

“When I think about how to describe Alexis as puppy/dog caretaker I the first words that come to minds are responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and caring. The love and kindness she shares for any pup she meets is exactly what I look for when taking care of my baby Rollo. She is always looking out for his wellbeing and ensuring he gets the affection he needs to feel at home in her presence. He is always supper excited to see her and wants to sit on her lap even though he is 125 pounds (she embraces it). I would recommend Alexis with zero hesitation and is the first person I think of when making arrangements for my sweet Rollo in my absence.”
