Before Vera, my golden retriever, I had cats my whole life (Kitty, Bugsy, Shadow, and Tiger), along with ferrets, guinea pigs, fish, iguanas, and hermit crabs. Vera was born with partial facial paralysis, and one of her eyes can’t blink, so she needs frequent eye drops to stay comfortable. Caring for her has made me patient, attentive, and confident with pets who need a little extra care. If your pet takes medication or has special needs, I’d be glad to help. While living in the Bay Area, I founded Bay Area Golden Retrievers, which grew to become the region’s largest golden retriever meetup group. I’ve spent a lot of time around dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I know how to read them and keep them happy and safe. I also have lots of room to accommodate your own crate inside my living room. I have a doggie treadmill (Dog Trotter USA Inc), which we use to keep our dog active during very hot weather, and can use for your pup as well if interested! I always follow the owner’s instructions closely. Dogs are never unattended for long periods of time, and I always monitor them to make sure they’re feeling safe and comfortable at all times.

I’m an animal lover and if I could save all the strays I would. I work full time from 6am-4:30pm. I have a four 10’s schedule and someone is always at my home with my son. If there is a yard I take them outside and play fetch, frisbee or water play.
