About: I am not yet ready to have another pet of my own, so I get great comfort from sharing my love and affection with those families that need it. I have had dogs, cats, a rabbit and a horse throughout my childhood years. My love bug, a 140lb Rottweiler, was the best partner a young woman could have. It was very hard saying goodbye to him. I understand the amount of time, love and attention our pets require of us and I’m happy to be part of the team that can help reduce the concerns when apart or busy. I’ve dog sat at others homes. I’ve kept dogs with me at mine. I’m flexible and understand that each owner has their own unique preferences for the way they want their family member taken care of. I look forward to getting to know you and your loved one! I’m exploring my freedom from corporate life and currently have a lot of open time in my schedule. I’m looking to stay active and walking is a key part of that. I’d love to have a companion to get out and putting the miles on my step counter. I would prefer caring for your pet in a setting more familiar to them, their own home when possible. I know that each owner has unique standards that they want followed and I welcome having detailed instructions and information to follow. Outside of the guidelines that I might get, I’m happy to play, do some basic training, build the pet’s confidence and nurture with attention and affection.

“Gabriela was amazing with my 5 year old husky Sol. I was away on a 3 week trip and he was staying with my mom but since she works during the day I needed drop in visits to make sure he’s taken care of. She came to check on him twice a day and even made herself available for last minute needs. I really appreciated all the updates and pictures she sent and she followed all my detailed instructions exactly. I hate going away on longer trips and leaving my dog but knowing he’s in good hands gave me peace of mind. She walked him, played with him, fed him, and kept his water bowl clean. Most importantly, he was kept safe and she was cautious on walks per my instructions about his reactivity. She took good care of the house too and kept everything clean and secure by setting our alarm/locking up properly. Very trustworthy and reliable sitter! About: We have a large home with a very safe fenced backyard. Lot’s of grass to play & run. We are recently retired & your dog will be loved like our own. Cuddling on the couch for some cozy time is enjoyed by all. Your dog will never be left alone. With two of us there is always someone home. We have become small dog specialists & only care for the smaller ones. Senior care is no problem. We have a lot of experience with older dogs of our own & Rover parents trusting us with their care. We have a soft spot in our hearts for dogs & treat them like family. We look forward to giving you updates through pictures and texts while you’re away. Our time is devoted to making your dogs stay the best experience possible. We love cuddles or if they are independent, that’s ok too! Toy time is always fun. Walks along the lovely trail near our home are included, if you choose? Frequent potty breaks are offered all day. Relax knowing how secure our backyard is. There are trees for shade & many places for sun as well. We have hardwood flooring & several dog beds for comfort.
