About: I’ve taken care of many of some family pets whenever they needed someone trustworthy to walk or take care of their pets when they are away. I love playing with all kinds of animals! I’m currently working part-time at a daycare, so I have a lot of remaining time on my hands to take care of pets whenever it is needed! I work at the day Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11:30-5:30 & I currently don’t work on Tuesdays. About: I volunteered at the Oakland SPCA. My duties there included cleaning dog kennels and taking dogs out for potty breaks. I had to complete a safety training in dog behavior for this position. I grew up with a black lab who I provided primary care for once I was old enough. In college, I took courses in animal husbandry and animal training which I applied to my own dog and to my volunteer position. At work, part of my responsibility is animal husbandry for our animal ambassadors (snakes, insects, and a spider). I usually work 4-10 hour shifts (6am -4pm Sunday-Wednesday) so I am often available on my days off and during the typical 9-5 work day on my days off. I am also able to watch your dog in your home on the days I do work. I am comfortable crating your dog if needed, taking your pup for a walk, or playing fetch in a fenced yard. I am adaptable to care for dogs with different needs and energy levels.
About: My family has had dogs since I was 6 and I have enjoyed taking care of them throughout the years. I’ve done everything from feeding, washing, brushing their teeth, teaching simple tricks, playing, walking, etc.! I’ve also have had or taken care of dogs of all sizes and also both elderly dogs and puppies. I just moved to the area and I am currently looking for a part time job but until that happens I’m available almost all the time! I always make sure that I take special care of any animals.
