About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with five years of hands-on pet-care experience and four cats of my own. I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs, including feeding, walking, playing, cleaning litter boxes, and following each pet’s normal routine. Natalie was super sweet, and though one of our cats took a while to warm up to her (unlike his brother), he came around, as she showed in a pic of him enjoying a head-scratching. I really appreciated the daily photos. She followed the written instructions I left, and any adjustments we had to make to drop-in times were minor. Next time we need her, I think a morning and an early evening drop-in would be more in keeping with the cats' current feeding schedule. I hope we can work that out with her, whenever that happens. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
