About: I have cared for and trained my dog, my mother’s and grandmother’s dogs. I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. I substitute teach during the school year and I would love to care for pets during the summer time! It is my goal to at least work part time on top of another part time job! :) I have an apartment where I can keep pets for a short amount of time; we have a nice walking area and a dog park.

About: I’ve been very fortunate to grow up with cats and dogs, I have always loved animals and own three beautiful pups myself. I am currently a stay at home dog-mom and am following school online, which makes me very flexible. I am a nervous dog-parent myself and pride myself in taking care of your pets the way I’d want someone to take care of mine. I used to own a reactive/nervous dog myself and know it takes time and patience for them to build trust and confidence with a new person. I prefer to meet you and your pet(s) before booking, that way you can ask any remaining questions and see whether or not I am the right person for you. The most important thing to me is making sure it is a stress free time for them. I have experience with the use of prong and Ecollar. I enjoy keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated depending on their needs. If they have a routine, I’d love to be able to stick to it. I am dog and cat CPR certified. I hope to get to meet you and your pet soon! I am currently a stay at home dog mom and study from home. I have plenty of time during the day to take care of your pet and plan my day accordingly. I have two dog neutral huskies myself. They get exercised, taken to the beach, go on car rides,…if you are interested in having them stay with me, we can make sure your pup(s) get what they need here as well! Since it can be stressful to have a stranger take care of them, I would want to stick to your dog(s) routine as much as possible, things they like to do,… If they love to swim, go to the beach or the dogpark to play with other dogs, as long as you feel comfortable withit. I got into the habit of sending lots of pictures and check ins.

About: Hello, my name is Brittany (Conklin) Salyers. We have just recently moved from NY back to FL. Ive been in animal care since 2011, not counting personal ownership. I have the medical and behavioral knowledge needed to care for any pet. At this time I only watch dogs in my home. Hopefully we can expand that in the near future. While in my care they would enjoy unlimited time outside when we are home, naps on the couch, inside play time, and the energetic company of my dogs. Should your pet enjoy bedtime in a kennel, I can provide this. Or should your pet rather to sleep in bed with me, I welcome that as well. I aim to make your pet feel at home. For a successful visit you pet would need to be friendly with small kids, cats, and my own small/medium dogs. If your pet is on medication, I can provide quality care as well. I have experience with pets who are diabetic, have seizures conditions, pets who need fluid treatments during the visit, and several other conditions needing medical treatment. I am comfortable with working with pets who have fear aggression too. I can also provide transportation should your pet need an emergency vet visit. Keeping an owner updated on their pet is my biggest priority. I love sending updates with pictures and stories from our day. Rest easy knowing your pet is safe and loved while your away. About myself: I was a kennel manager for a local large veterinary facility from 2011 to 2015. Then worked as a lead receptionist and vet assistant from 2015 to 2021. Im from Florida but moved to NY in 2011. In February I moved my family back to Florida. During my time in NY we also worked with the local SPCA doing foster care. We worked with a number of different pets and medical conditions. I specialize in neonates, and fear aggression. We often took in pets who would have otherwise not been adoptable. We would host these pets, working through their issues until we found their forever homes. We welcomed a new baby in August 2023. While this does not take away from the care we provide, some dogs can be more sensitive to the little ones. If you feel your pet may be more sensitive please let me know. 🙂 My husband and I do our pet care as a team. Unless we are running to the store or an appointment, your pet will never be alone. My husband works full time and I currently am a SAHM. My oldest two kids are in school and my youngest turned one August 2024. Your pet would be integrated into our daily playtimes and down time. 🙂 We have a fully fenced in property and plenty of land to play and run on. Should your pet need to be more at hand, we have a smaller fenced in area attached to our home. We do have kennels available for smaller dogs, for larger dogs you would need to provide your own kennel. At this time we are only housing small and medium dogs, Large dogs are case by case.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was a kid. I am a huge dog lover. My mom has 13 dogs of her own that I occasionally help out with. Winnie is our new guy. He is a lab/hound mix and he is just a big goofy guy. We do have three outdoor cats and one indoor/outdoor cat as well. I also have 2 children under the age of 2 so the entertainment will definitely always be here.
