About: Hi, I have taken care of my own pets and other people's pets for years. I moved to Mid coast ME 5 yrs ago from Nantucket. I am also a professional gardener, so if you need watering etc while your away. I am currently self employed, so I have a flexible schedule. We can figure out a plan for your pet care. Look forward in planning w you. I have a dog Elka and 2 cats. Elka is easy going dog who loves other dogs and cats. I think the best way is to have the dogs meet and see how things go w them before a care schedule can begin. We have also traveled and cared for other dogs in their homes and everyone gets along.
“Brutus had another wonderful stay with Elizabeth and came back home happy and healthy. Brutus has colitis so its important that he eats only certain foods and Elizabeth did this perfectly for us. At drop off, Ella and he were fast friends and he really took the time to get to know Ella and help make her feel welcome and comfortable. He sent regular updates and pictures the whole time so I never had to worry how she was doing. And she had an absolute blast! She’s not the easiest dog, she’s still working on a lot and has a ton of energy and he handled her impeccably. He mentioned he has experience with rescue dogs and that really shown through in his demeanor and connection with her. She felt safe and was her playful happy self when I picked her up. He was nice and organized and had her things in order and ready when I got there. He had given her a nice walk and some water right before knowing she had a decent car ride home. I was just so impressed. Will definitely be back. Cannot recommend Nathan enough!”
