About: I’ve grown up with dogs for most of my life, and have done some dogsitting and dog walking before. I’ll admit it’s been a bit since I had to focus on school work for my psych degree, but now that I have to wait till fall for grad school, I figured now is the time to help out some furry friends! I’m an animal lover at heart and am not only interested in, but willing to help with any accommodations! Our pets deserve the best after all! :) I only have class on Monday afternoons, but sadly the rest of my schedule is pretty up in the air right now. I tend to be more of a night owl so I can help cats when they’re more active at night. I tend to work best with detailed instructions. I don’t want to disturb any routine and want the animal to feel as comfortable as possible.

About: I have had many dogs in my life time and I enjoy walking, talking to, caring for and spending time with dogs when I can. I miss my pets but I am not ready to get one of my own. However, I would love to help you care for your pet when you are gone. I am a teacher during the school year. I usually can help you out on the weekend or nights during the school year. During the summer I can help more often in a variety of days and times. My fur babies have all past. When I have helped friends and family take care of their pets I make sure to get to know their fur baby before they need me to care for them. I learn their pet's routines and I try to spend some time with them so they know my sent. This makes it more comfortable for the owner and pet when I am with them.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, so I’ve always been around them and know how to care for them. I’m really good with dogs and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’m comfortable with dogs of all different sizes and personalities, and I treat every dog like they’re my own. About: I grew up with multiple pets, including two cats in my childhood and a wonderful dog that I helped care for in her seniority, so I've been familiar with animals all my life. Currently, I own and aided in training a high-maintenance, special needs German Shepherd. He's a sweetheart, but he's definitely a commitment! Given his intensely anxious nature, he needs a patient hand to calm him often. He's also epileptic, so I am well practiced in attentiveness, administering medication, following specialized meal plans and the like if needed. I have also done pet and house sitting on many occasions, particularly for family and friends but for a wide variety of pets– from little dogs that didn't even reach my knee, to my own Shepherd, who stands just about as tall as my hip. I've house kept for up to a week, entertaining young dogs and going on daily walks, etc. I am always happy to be introduced to new little ones and have a high pain tolerance when it comes to their claws, so I don't mind when they get a bit rowdy, either! High energy or low, I will gladly make time for any fluffy friends who need a watchful eye. I am currently on track to earn a Bachelor's in the Arts from Towson University, which is about a 50 minute commute from my home. With this in mind, my current class schedule entails that Towson days are essentially unavailable; however, the rest of the week, I'm generally left plenty of room to take on pet care! Life is always busy, and while sometimes I wind up with too many commitments to do it regularly, I'll always make time for it when I can. Though my own home may not be an ideal place for another pet to spend nights due to my Shepherd's nervousness, I will gladly offer my time to visit others. I have previously found myself curled up on a couch with a pet I was taking care of overnight, or even falling asleep on the floor with them. So long as their pet parents are happy for me to do so, I will gladly stay wherever is most comfortable for the pet involved, and take food/water/sleeping arrangements where they are best suited. I also have a fair sense of direction, so I'm perfectly content on walks in unfamiliar places, especially when I have friendly doggos with me!

About: I work remotely from home on my computer so I spend a lot of time at home and my hours are flexible. I like to go out and get exercise during the day which is a great opportunity for me to also walk the dogs so your pups will get plenty of exercises. I've been an around dogs my whole life. I had a fun energetic husky growing up and now I have a chill Cotton De Tulier as my best friend. We get into a lot of crazy adventure together. I love taking road trip with my dog to the beach in the summer. Dogs are up for anything and they are the best companion. I love to have more dog if I can afford it but this gig seems like a great idea to have more dogs as well. A lot of people have to give away their dogs to shelters because they can't take care of them and that's really sad. This is my way of making a contribution so people can keep their best friend and still find time to do things they need to do. About: I’ve been taking care of my dogs ever since I was able to walk. I enjoy spending time with my dog and taking her for walks and adventures. Currently work a part-time job that is very flexible with hours. I normally work mostly evenings and my morning/afternoons are normally opening would be able to work evenings also if needed. I feed my dog every day I take her for walks most days. I take her outside to go play frisbee and to go to the bathroom when needed.

About: Hello! I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

I am currently pursuing my education to become a Small and Large Animal Veterinarian and specialize in Animal Psychology and Internal Medicine/Oncology.
