About: I’ve grown up with dogs for most of my life, and have done some dogsitting and dog walking before. I’ll admit it’s been a bit since I had to focus on school work for my psych degree, but now that I have to wait till fall for grad school, I figured now is the time to help out some furry friends! I’m an animal lover at heart and am not only interested in, but willing to help with any accommodations! Our pets deserve the best after all! :) I only have class on Monday afternoons, but sadly the rest of my schedule is pretty up in the air right now. I tend to be more of a night owl so I can help cats when they’re more active at night. I tend to work best with detailed instructions. I don’t want to disturb any routine and want the animal to feel as comfortable as possible.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was at least 15 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to take care of the furry little creatures. I make sure they’re well taken care of so you never have to worry! I will always make sure your little furry children are well taken care of and full of energy for the next day! I was working home improvement for a few months with a mobile company. My boss currently couldn’t afford to have employees work for him so he let us go. I will be free 100% of the time for your furry children. I will be looking for another job of course.. but currently and for a while I will be available 100% of the time for the week. In the clients home, I will be able to crate the dog if necessary and needed. If they have a fenced in yard the dog will be able to roam freely and have some freedom. If not I will make sure to leash the dog and keep an eye on them 100% of the time. Cats of course if the owner says they do leash them and take them for walks, that will happen. Leashed in the back yard unless told otherwise. Free to roam in the house Obviously whenever!

I am currently pursuing my education to become a Small and Large Animal Veterinarian and specialize in Animal Psychology and Internal Medicine/Oncology. Through my experience, I have developed strong knowledge and skills in pet training, dog walking, proper nutrition and feeding, and medication administration. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I currently work a part-time job on Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Saturday from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule for my pet care clients. I keep my Rover calendar up to date to accurately reflect my availability, though occasional changes may arise. If you don't see the dates or times you need, I encourage you to reach out anyway—I’ll always do my best to accommodate your schedule and provide exceptional care for your furry family member! I do not offer in-home boarding, but I am happy to provide care in your home. I strive to maintain your pet’s normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. When possible, I am available for extended stays, which can provide added consistency for your pet’s care and fit well with my schedule. About: Hey there! I'm Ambrosia! You can call me Amber. I've been caring for pets for as long as I've been caring for babies. See it goes hand in hand. Every baby that I've nannied usually has a furry frind with them. The fur baby came first then the actually baby. When caring for the baby I often took a liking to the furry friend too. That meant playing and feeding the dog whenever I wasn't taking care of the baby. Often times I would let the dog out to do his buisness. When the child got older and we went on walks the dog of couse came too. As a former athlete and someone who lives an active lifestyle, I love going on walks and runs. So if your dog is a runner that's no problem for me; just let me know. Just like kids, I can understand the fustration when a pet does not listen. Being a nanny helped me to gain a lot of patience, so if your pup isn't a good listener it's ok! Ms. Amber has the time to wait it out.
