My special skills require recognizing behavioral Signals, recognizing basic health problems, dog handling, and basic training skills. Fair warning: I’ll probably give them a ridiculous nickname by day two. My schedule is pretty flexible, so I can work around your pet’s routine instead of expecting them to work around mine. Walks, meals, potty breaks, playtime and bedtime can all stay as close to normal as possible. I’m also happy to spend plenty of time at the house, so your pet won’t just get a quick hello, a bowl of food and a disappearing act. If they’re used to having someone around, they’ll have me around. When I’m staying in your home, my goal is pretty simple: keep your pet happy, safe and comfortable while you’re gone. I’ll follow your instructions, pay attention to the little things and treat your home the way I’d want someone to treat mine. And you won’t have to wonder what’s going on. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
