About: I’ve been an animal lover and advocate since I was a small child. I’m now 37, have volunteered for Rude Ranch in Davidsonville, have 4 dogs of my own that I adore. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. I also believe all pet parents wishes should be strictly followed. They are like children, after all. I have run a pet sitting business in the past and I am familiar with taking care of a variety of types of pets such as larger and smaller dogs and various rodents. I am available to take care of pets during the day. I take my dogs on 3-4 walks during the day throughout my neighborhood and to the dog park. About: I had my first pup when I was 5 years old; from that point on I've always had a dog in my life. To me dogs are loving and happy. I have a part-time job as an in home care giver, Taking care of the animals in my free time is a pleasure, I am happy to be with them. About: I trained my current dog (golden retriever) since he was a puppy. I grew up with many animals including chickens, bunnies, cats and birds! I also took in 2 stray cats I found at a local gas station. I adopted my border collie and other cat from AACACC. I also like to help out my older neighbor by walking and playing fetch with his Lab. I have a very flexible schedule, I do college classes online so I can choose when to do my assignments based on my schedule during the day. I prioritize training and basic obedience with my dog. My dog goes everywhere with me from car rides, to getting a pup cup, to the lake to swim! I love to take care of him, and spoil him with toys as well. I’m very much the same with your pets! I like to ask what their usual routine is and if you’re working on training or anything specific with them. I also always send a detailed Rover Card for you to look over. In addition, I make sure to check in frequently and send updates during visits/stays.
