However, with just 2 visits a day Rebecca divided her with enough engagement and affection that we never received even one notification over a 3 day period!! We are entering our older years and Lucy is a young dog. There are some rules that we have for her so that she does not become too exuberant for our aging bodies. Rebecca, listened to those closely when she met us and reinforced them for us, when she was here. That is very important to us for Lucy's overall training and for us being able to keep her for a long time. When we did the meet and greet with Rebecca, Lucy formed an attachment to her. We used Rebecca's name often during that visit. When I told Lucy that we were leaving for 3 days, her ears went down - when I told her Rebecca was coming to visit her ears perked up.”

About: Greetings! First - thank you for considering me and my services. I have been a pet owner all my life, and have been the proud parent of hamsters, fish, cats, dogs, and a rabbit! I'm also a responsible house sitter, having been both a homeowner and a renter, I understand the value of not just your pets, but your possessions, your mail and plants, the cozy space of your home, the relationships with your neighbors. I have provided these services for friends and families for most of my life. I have always loved animals and I have always owned pets, been a member of dog parks and puppy play groups, and I volunteered for the Champaign Humane Society for many years. I have also had pets with medication needs, so I am experienced in that area. For years I also groomed my own dogs, and I know that each pet has its own needs, preferences, and personalities. Finally, I recently lost my dog of 15 years, and although I now live somewhere that does not allow pets, I need animals in my life! From my own experience of being a Rover customer for many years, I also know how important it is to pet sit within your home with no disruption to your pet's routine or surroundings. I'm retired, so I can be flexible with your scheduling needs for both your pets and your home. I'm both an early riser and a night owl, so whatever works for you also works for me! I have been both a renter and homeowner, so I know how valuable your pets are, but also your cozy home, your plants, mail, and relationships with your neighbors. I have owned a bunny, hamsters, cats and dogs. But I also have an affinity for birds and reptiles. I have provided services for friends and family most of my life, now I just want to bring in a bit of extra cash to supplement social security. I'm also mainly a homebody, so if your home or your pets need extra care or a lot of time, I'm fully available.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have experience with everything from energetic puppies to senior rescue dogs. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I understand that every dog has different needs and routines. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship while you're away, I'll treat your dog with the same patience, attention, and care I'd give my own. I'm dependable, detail oriented, and happy to follow any instructions you provide so your dog can stay comfortable and keep their normal routine. I have a fairly flexible schedule for work, so mornings and evenings most days I can work in pet care without much issue. Weekends I have mostly free as well. When caring for your pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible. I'll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter box cleaning, medications (if needed), walks, playtime, and any other care your pet is used to receiving. I know every pet has a different personality. Some love attention and play, while others prefer a calm, quiet presence. I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I'll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own, keeping everything clean and secure. During each visit, I'll send updates with photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since they were puppies my oldest is 12 years old now! I’ve worked at a doggy daycare for a year and 2 months as well where I specialize in cleaning after the dogs taking care of them and of course having fun with them as well The Animal Keeper is the name of the place I work at. I work with dogs on a daily basis, my job entitles me to work with all types of dogs from small little cute dogs to big Great Danes who think they’re still lap dogs. I will watch over them closely, if I sit down to watch tv they’ll be right there with me, if I go out to grab something to eat they’ll be right there with me, if I go out into the backyard( if you have one of course) they’ll be right there with me they will have the most enjoyable time in my care!

About: I’ve had all breeds and types of dogs throughout my life. Currently own an epileptic Dalmatian. Love my pups as if they are my children. I work full time at U of I but could come by before and/or after work Monday through Friday, and available anytime on Sundays and some Saturdays. I have a fenced in back yard with three pups and one cat. We go on walks and all live inside with us. Our pets are like our children very spoiled.

About: I have experience with a variety of breeds of dogs. I have owned dogs that are super high maintenance, dogs that love to lounge, anxiety ridden dogs, and dogs that are on the spicy side. I understand the different cues of dogs and how to read their body language. I have experience in walking multiple dogs. I also have experience in training dogs. I trained my Shetland Sheepdog for 4H and we made it to the state fair. I also taught him many silly tricks. I can be a professional fetch player or a professional cuddler, whichever your dog prefers. I can also just be a treat giver if your dog prefers space. I am currently working part time as a server, but my schedule is very flexible. I am a recently graduated college student, with the hopes of going to graduate school in the coming semester. Animal trust is very important to me. It is important that I earn you and your animals trust, and we can grow to be best friends or acquaintances if your animal is not into that. I hope to make your time away from your animal as easy as possible.

About: I own several animals which include cats, dogs, and a leopard gecko. I love animals, and I am good with feeding on time, bathroom breaks on time, and I love to spend quality time with animals! I am good with puppy and kitten care as well. I am a house cleaner as well, so it tends to mix in with the pet care. I am consistently taking care of myself, my house, and my animals. I walk my dog every day, I feed all of my animals at the same time every day, I keep regular vet appointments, and all of my animals are up to date on their vaccines and spay/neutering.

About: I love my dog (10years; Hiro) and I will treat yours as my own. From 24/7 all around care and attention: Diet, exercise, interactive play, traveling included, bathing/grooming, and medical care. All injuries are researched and attended too with remedies at home and if required, vet visit. Vet visit only with consent, if required. Contact me as needed, messaging/pictures will be provided. Food, potty needs, bedding/crate is taken care of. Advised: if special needs food/allergy/attention, please bring what your animal needs with them, extra charges will apply (if I have to go to the store, I will have a receipt) Daily. Hiro follows me everywhere. Hiro is my own dog, he’s a golden retriever mix with Great Pyrenees, he’s picky about when he eats his own food. I expect your dog and or cat will be different and have its own personality. As for how your animal fits into my daily will depend on how it goes. Most animals love me, knock on wood. I will keep you posted the whole time. The first time I had Hiro boarded I requested a video. It’s understandable. Your pets are like children. Crate training and potty training provided, if needed. Will need dog paddings. I love my dog and I will love yours as my own, depending on what your dog needs, we can manage and arrange things.
