About: I’ve taken care of my family’s cats and my own cats since I was old enough to help! I also raised 4 litters of kittens, and they all grew up to be happy, cuddly, and sociable! (Source: We kept a few of them 😁) I have also taken care of a senior cat that required medicated food at precise times of day. I’m currently a graduate student at UIUC, so outside of classes I am very flexible! I have excellent time management skills and can easily fit lots of social time in for your pets. Plus it’s easy to bring homework to hang out and pet sit, win win :) In my home I am very careful about hiding anything dangerous from sight. I have cats that love to chew on anything that fits in their mouth and I have gotten very good at creatively hiding cables from them. They get lots of cuddle time and sleep in my bed every night, which is the same love I bring to everyone’s cats!

About: Animals have always held a special place in my heart. I’ve rescued two Lab mixes and two cats, and they are truly part of our family. I also worked for several years as a veterinary assistant, and I absolutely loved my time in that career. It gave me the opportunity to learn so much about animals and deepened my love for them in ways I never knew possible. That experience also taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, and caring for each animal’s individual needs. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I would love the opportunity to give your pets the same love, care, and attention I give my own. 🐾🤎 I currently work FT and am a mama first, but can always spare some time for an adorable furry friend. Ideally weekends and evening walks will work best. I will offer services solely from the clients home or their neighborhoods. I have a child and lots of animals of my own at my own home so it’s best to care for your fur baby in your own home where they are most comfortable!
About: I’ve owned both cats and dogs from a young age. I also have previously worked at a boarding and grooming facility, and have volunteered at local humane societies. I am currently part-time and have extensive availability. Just make sure to check with me about extended house visits or reoccurring appointments, and I will let you know my schedule ahead of time! About: I grew up with dogs and have house sat my brother's dog on numerous occasions throughout the time I've been in the Champaign area. I have also house sat cats for a friend back in Indiana. I have also house sat my parents' dog on numerous occasions. Walking dogs of various sizes is no trouble for me, and I honestly just love animals in general. I love to play with them, talk to them, and love on them as if they're my own if people let me! As of right now, I have plenty of time to play with your pets! Unless I have prior commitments, I am unlikely to refuse a request. I grew up with dogs, and I've house sat cats before, as I've mentioned. I'll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter box cleaning, medications (if needed), walks, playtime, and any other care your pet is used to receiving. I know every pet has a different personality. Some love attention and play, while others prefer a calm, quiet presence. I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I'll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own, keeping everything clean and secure. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
