About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, starting on the farm where I grew up with pets and livestock. I have experience with all kinds of animals, from playful puppies to senior pets with special needs. I’m patient, reliable, and treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether it’s feeding, playing, walking, or just spending time with them, you can count on me to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. About: I grew up around dogs and always have had a special bond with them. I currently have a seven-year-old Aussie that I raised and trained myself. I currently have a full-time job so I’m more free on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. But I still have availability during the week just limited. My dog has a big fenced in area with an indoor and outdoor part, but she sleeps inside with me. I’m very well educated with moving dogs to pens or whatever needed.

About: I've grown up with dogs & cats the past 29 years. Animals tend to take to me very well and it's about their body language. I have open availability besides Sunday mornings. I can work with you on time of day whether morning, afternoon or evenings. Whatever works best for both of us. I do meal times, fresh water always, potty time, play time, exercise time, loving time, bonding time especially for first time pups, also helps me to get to know their quirks. I may bring them on hikes & other activities can be discussed. With my own fur baby, she loves to play and frolic in the snow. I feed her a rice, chicken, greens, frozen fruit and salmon oil diet since I’ve heard kibble can be equal to fast food. She loves walks & trail hikes.
About: I am a former K9 handler of the United States Air Force. I like to keep my home loving, safe, sanitary, and fun! I have 6+ years of experience in caring and training dogs. I live in Somerville, TN and work at the Somerville Animal Hospital 10 minutes away. I check on my dogs every day I work for my lunch break M-F. I stay at home on the weekends unless I am running errands. My pets are 75% outside and 25% inside dogs at the moment. They will be inside during heat season and outside during winter because their breed. I make individual care plans depending on the breed and what the individual canine is used to.
About: Hi, my name is Rachel ! :) I have 5 dogs myself so I have training in walking multiple dogs and all of mine are 50 - 140 pounds I love animals and I'm extremely dedicated to giving them the best possible care. They say love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life. :) I would come to your house and check on your babies make sure they have food and water, that they get to go to the bathroom and of course plenty of play time. About: I’ve had a dog my whole life with my family and now I have my own dog. I love helping any way I can and ensure you I will provide a genuine interaction with your pup!! This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
