In addition to caring for my own dog, I’ve pet sat for multiple families with both small and large dogs, so I’m comfortable with a variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. About: I am a dedicated and experienced pet sitter with a lifelong love for animals. Since the age of six, I have always had one-often two-dogs in my home. Over the years, I have also cared for fish, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters and ball pythons. I've been fortunate to share my life with many wonderful dogs, including a Lhasa Apso, Cocker Spaniel, Golden Retriever, Boykin Spaniel, Yellow Labrador Retriever, Black and Tan Coonhound, Pit Bull Mix, and a Boxer. About: Hi! I’m Alizée, a stay-at-home mom in St. Peters offering loving, personalized in-home dog care in a calm and safe family setting. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home most of the day, which means your dog will receive plenty of attention, companionship, supervised playtime, and regular potty breaks—no long hours alone. At the very maximum and on special occasions, I may be gone a maximum of 2h a day. I share my home with two sweet senior female Chihuahuas, so caring for dogs is already part of my daily life. Make sure your puppy is comfortable with other small dogs, and children. I’d love to welcome your pup into our home! Feel free to ask me any questions, I love what I do and I want my clients to know their puppy will be safe and properly cared for at my house. I am a stay at home mom, so I am available all day to care for your fur baby. Rarely away more than 2h at the time, your pup will have all the attention and playtime he needs. Our family wakes up early the morning, before 6.30am so if your puppy sleeps in a kennel, he will be out of it at sunrise. If the weather permits, we go for daily walks at the park and/or in the neighborhood. I adapt my days to your animal. So if your puppy needs more or less walk, more or less yard play, or any specific care, this is not a problem. My clients usually come with their feeding instructions and a feeding schedule for their puppy, and I will be applying all the rules they see fit for their animal. I like to keep your animal on the same routine as at your house to allow less stress on them. I have a fenced yard, two elderly female chihuahuas and a child at home. Dogs are never left unattended in the yard, I am always with them. I can easily crate your puppy if needed and I am familiar with the app FI that some of my clients already use. As a healthcare professional for several years, I am comfortable caring for older or sick animals. I provide daily pictures and videos to ease your stress while you are away. We do not use any chemicals in our yard and a very limited amount inside the house. Most of our space is cleaned using steam water. We also allow our own pets on the furnitures and your pup will receive the same privilege if this is in accordance with your own rules. We practice separate feeding time/station and separate sleeping area from our own dogs. Our house is equipped with cameras, inside and outside, allowing me to always have an eye on our animal if needed. During walks I do not allow contact with other dogs, and we stay on paved trails (no wooden areas or swamps) or neighborhood sidewalks. Unless it is an emergency, I do not take the liberty to transport my client's dog in the car. *exception will be made if you ask me to do so*
