About: 2 years ago I got my first dog, Taro, as a puppy of not even 2 months. Since then, I've immersed myself in dog training and constantly get compliments on how well-behaved my dog is. In the middle of the COVID pandemic I took some time while my classes were remote to learn and travel. One of such experiences was a 3 month stay in North Carolina with a family who had raised a number of award-winning, hunting dogs and had just adopted 2 new puppies for training. In that time I learned alot about dog obedience and good manners training. I believe my unique experiences with dogs the last nearly 2 years set me apart from a standard pet carer. I'm willing to walk dogs who have difficulties with pulling on the leash or jumping on strangers during walks. If given a regular schedule with your dog and your permission to use training treats I would be happy to help your dog improve on these problem behaviors. *Note* *I would not be bringing mine or any other client dogs on any scheduled client walks unless you give permission to. When Taro was a puppy I would sometimes take him on walks with well-behaved, older dogs to get him socialized to other dogs. If this is something you'd like me to work on with your dog that can be discussed* I have generally open availability. I walk my own dog twice day with some longer walks reserved for training sessions. I am available after 4pm most weekdays and as needed on weekends. To the specifications of the owner. I take great care to not disrupt the life of my client pup too much just because their parents are out of town.

About: Hi! I’m Tawny — a lifelong pet owner and dedicated animal caretaker with hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and horses of all sizes. My life truly revolves around animals. At home, I care for my three large dogs, three horses, and two barn cats (who are just as spoiled as the rest!). I also have a boarder horse, Irish, who has been in my daily care for over four years, and I regularly care for pets belonging to family and friends. During visits, I provide thoughtful updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. As a self-proclaimed “helicopter dog mom,” I’m very detail-oriented — I check gates, crates, trash lids, counters, and anything that could pose a safety concern before leaving your pet alone. I’m dependable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about animal care. I would be honored to care for your pets as if they were my own and would love to become your go-to sitter or dog walker. I am offering drop-in visits and dog walking days/nights/weekends during the winter months (Nov-March). I also offer at home care for pups, as long as proper vaccinations are provided, and dog is friendly with others! I will do my absolute best to replicate the owner’s care during my shift. I will also provide photos if requested! I’m a helicopter dog mom/care-taker…so before leaving, I will do a walkthrough of the area to ensure pets will be safe when no one is home. I will check trash can lids, make sure no food or anything that could potentially be harmful is on the counter(s), and I will be sure to check that safety gates and crates are secured.

About: Our pets are more than just companions. They are family, this makes them so much more precious. Which is why with me I can guarantee that I will do my best to provide the love and care your pet deserves. I have cared for dogs young and old, big and small, calm and energetic, you name it. I have experience feeding, cleaning after them as well as themselves, and giving medications with specific instruction. I am available all night on Monday into the evening on Tuesdays. As well as in the evening on Fridays up until the evening on Sunday. Other days of the week are very negotiable to what you may need! I personally love to encourage as much activity as possible with my dogs to ensure they get healthy amounts of play time. This in turn allows them to get ample rest when they are tired from activity further encouraging a healthy lifestyle for my furry kiddos.

About: I've been in the pet care industry for around 3 years. I discovered my passion for animals when I got my first dog as an adult, a golden retriever named Molly. I found my calling and I never looked back. Since then I've volunteered with the Hornell Humane Society, taken on pet sitting clients and am currently being mentored by Ash Osborn, the head trainer at the Pawsitive Pups Academy. I'm also a student studying The Social Approach, a course by dog trainers Amy Cook, PHD, and Josefin Linderström of Canine Consilience. I'm comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including dogs with behavioral issues. Being a pet professional is my full time job so I am available around the clock for your every need! I'm available Monday through Sunday unless I state otherwise. I care for the pets in my clients home with the care and patience. I make sure the environment is clean and safe. I believe it's extremely important to pet proof homes and take all the measures necessary to keep pets safe.

About: I’ve grown up around pets my whole life, of all ages, and my family and friends pets as well, I’ve learned how to care for all types of animals from a young age and grown to gain more responsibilities for them as I’ve grown older. When I am home I will make sure my pets are well loved and cared for and comfortable as can be, I make sure they know they are loved, keep their bathroom area clean wherever it is they may go, food and water filled when needed and adjusting the water temperature for dogs based on the season In my own home I am sure to know where my pets are at all times, unless they are having play time, even then I try my best to know where they are inside the house, I make sure their water and food is clean from anything and everything, I make sure to monitor any animals bathroom needs to know when to care for them in that way.

About: Growing up I’ve always had a pet, whether it was a dog, cat, reptile, hamster, bunny, etc. The past experience I have is from ages 10 weeks-12 years old. I’m up for any task and have no trouble walking dogs who pull. I use a harness for one of my pups and he is always comfortable walking with me. I currently work full-time but have a flexible schedule. I have two dogs of my own but have help with them. Can always adjust schedule as needed. I treat every pet the way I would want someone to treat my pet. I don’t neglect and I listen to rules very carefully. I’m a very trustworthy person and can even send hourly updates on your furry friend!

“Kolby is an awesome sitter and he takes care of more than dogs! I have a farmstead that includes a horse, a goat, an emu and over 60 chickens and other foul that include babies right now. Kobe did overnights and everybody was well taken care of and happy. One of my dogs is very standoffish with strangers and a little bit intimidating and Kobe handled that like a champ. I'm super pleased with Colby and I will definitely be looking to book with him in the future. His rates are very reasonable. About: I've worked with all different kinds of animals, from domestic cats an dogs to guinea pigs,rabbits,lizards, etc. Family an friends have relied on me to walk, feed & bathe their pets. Along with grooming, nail trimming, etc. I work at a veterinary clinic with that being said I am available on weekdays anytime after 5:00pm and weekends anytime. Pet care fits my schedule great its what I was born to do working with animals. I have a huge yard to run around in with your critter, along with 1 dachshund to keep you oets company. If your pet needs to be crated or have medication, etc. I have plenty of room an chalk boards to remind of times for feeding an medication if needed. I currently work at a veterinary office. So pet care works into my routine on a daily. I have 1 dog of my own that I care for and make sure he is updated on shots, etc. I am able to pretty much do alot of things for pets, like nail trims, give medications if need be, alone with just walking the dogs etc. I care for animals anyways youd like your pretty to be cared for, if you pet needs medication, or certain play times etc. I'm more then happy to do so, I feel walking or having that one on one time with the pets is very important.

About: I quickly became a dog mom when my partner moved into my house with his 5 year old dog Sampson. I fell in love with our daily walks in the field behind our house, as well as having something to take care of in the house. Sampson listens, he is a dog I can walk off leash and the best cuddle buddy. Because of his good nature I soon found myself growing our family by the addition of two puppies. Hank was our first pup - he is a Great pyreenes mixed with a Bernese Mountain Dog. Think fluffy, slobbery, and 140 pounds. I wasn't sure how a big dog and myself would get along but I found his size comforting. Stella was a dog we failed at fostering. She is a smaller terrier mix and is teaching me the true purpose of crates and leashes. I learn every day how to be better for my dogs. It is chaotic, messy and unpredictable living with three dogs but I wouldn't change it for anything. I am by no means a perfect dog owner but I understand the complexities and uniqueness of each dog and their personalities. I rely on being consistent and predictable for my dogs so they continue to trust me to take care of them. Their health and happiness is my priority. I am a school teacher. When school is in session I am free after 5pm. When we are on break for holidays or summer, I am free anytime. At my house, I don't have a fenced in yard but we have over 20 acres to walk. I am comfortable walking dogs on a leash. I have a crate for a medium to small sized dog and an outdoor "doggio" for warmer days or if a furry friend wants some time outdoors relaxing. I have three dogs, one of which is a very large and enjoys rough housing with other dogs. We have lots of toys and a house that that continues to become dog proof. We let our dogs on the couches and they have a large living room to play in.

About: Ever since I was 10 years old and even younger I have been taking care of animals! From my own , to friends and families as well. Animals aren’t just pets, they are apart of our family! They make life better , I am passionate about making sure they are taken care of and in good hands at all times. I currently have animals of my own, and I take pride into making sure they know they’re loved, fed, and exercised every single day too. I will happily come and let your pets out, stay there and make sure they are fed and watered, let them play for awhile and/or give them a walk to get them out and about. If they would come to my house, I have a fenced part of the yard, 3 other sweet fur babies to help keep your pet company, and land to let them play around safely and get exercise in daily.

About: I’ve had pets all my life ranging from dogs to cats to ferrets and fish. I’ve done dog sitting before and was complemented on how well I do the job! I work part time so I’m available quite frequently for your pets! I am willing to spend as much time with them as they need I have a big yard and a pool for summertime also a creek for your dog to play in! I can travel to and from anywhere and I have cat toys and trees for cats!
