With pets there will always be something to do. My love for dogs runs deeply. I can care for your fur-baby the same way you would. Please leave clear instructions with your fur-baby so I can ensure they utmost care. I treat pets the same we way we treat our children. They will get the best care in my home. I am flexible with your instructions.

About: I’ve fallen in love with ALL animals since I was a kid. Since then i’ve watched all sizes and breeds of dogs with all sorts of different personalities and has loved every single moment of it! I am currently unemployed and looking to start into the pet care business. I can sit and board at all times and any days as needed. If allowed I would absolutely love to take them to a local dog park to socialize with more dogs. I also have one friendly kitten and one senior pup!

About: I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs, including dog sitting for friends and neighbors and owning my own dog for the past six years. As a dog owner, I understand how stressful it can be when your dog is out of sight, so I closely supervise dogs at all times and do not allow off-leash activity or interactions with unfamiliar dogs. Safety and attentive care are always my top priorities. I work remotely during the day and attend school in the evenings, so I am only away from home for a short period, about three hours. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, timely walks, and attentive care throughout the day. I have a fenced yard and one dog in my home. Dogs are always closely supervised, kept on leash outside the yard, and never allowed to interact with unfamiliar dogs. Safety, structure, and consistency are my top priorities.

About: I’ve been a dog dad for 6+ years and have taken care of pets for neighbors, teachers, and friends for years, from walking and feeding to live-in care. I’m a college instructor on break between semesters so my schedule is flexible with lots of availability for all your pet care needs, whether one time walking or in home stays. I have a friendly corgi named Rufus who loves other dogs and we live in a house near the Garden District with an unfenced yard where I walk him around the neighborhood twice daily.

Knowing about a bad previous experience I had with a sitter, I feel like she took extra care to send me updates and pictures of Kaju to put me at ease. She went above and beyond in his care- taking him for walks, letting him play with her dog in the yard, and feeding him on time. I trust her completely to care for Kaju, and I know he trusts her too because he was able to take naps at her place (something that he is not always able to do due to trust issues). Anika is an exemplary dog sitter and we will be returning regularly!”

About: As a pet owner myself, I have experience with how to keep feeding routines, administer meds, walks, playtime, potty breaks, grooming and recognizing when something isn’t quite right. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m currently working remotely and part time. This leaves me plenty of time to care for pets on weekdays and weekends, throughout the day. Early mornings and late evenings are no problem. We have a private fenced in yard for those that need ample activity. Pets are cared for in the home but also have their own room for when they need a quiet corner.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 5 years old, and I also have a dog of my own (Millie:)) and my Shih Tzu baby Rico I’ve helped cared for back home. I give the same care , love , patience and attentiveness to every dog ! As I know it is important for your dog to feel safe and secure away from your home 💕 Since I do have a dog of my own , the necessities are apart of my everyday routine! I am in college full time however I am free everyday after 1pm . (Tuesdays , Thursdays and the weekend I am free all day:)) I am also very flexible so please don’t hesitate to ask questions ! Please note that I can not host more than one dog at a time due to me being a smaller space. Your fur baby will feel very comfy here ! My girl Millie has adapted to our relaxed routine which involves her feeding and bathroom schedule along play time and cuddles . We take trips to the public dog park as well as my apartment one. We also have plenty of play time inside . The same goes for your baby!

About: Hi! I am a dog-lover and mom, and will do whatever it takes to spend time with dogs and more dogs! I love going to the dog park to see dogs play and just simply be dogs. I have been a proud mom of an old Great Dane, and currently a 6-year old. I have also watched friends’ and family members’ dogs for a couple of days to up to a few weeks. I love having them around me. I will take wonderful care of your four, three, or even two legged animal, because all dogs deserve the best! “My experience with Robin was exceptional. I have used another sitter through Rover before and the experience was okay, but I noticed my puppy would come home very riled up and needing to immediately decompress. It often felt like I had to calm him down and get him back to his normal baseline. With Robin, the experience was completely different. When I picked him up, he was calm, relaxed, and acting exactly like he does at home. Even during the ride back, he settled into his crate and rested. That told me he was comfortable and well cared for during his stay. I was also a little nervous about having him around other dogs since he hasn’t spent a lot of time with other puppies. Robin was incredibly patient and reassuring. She allowed me to observe and helped me feel confident that he would be just fine, and he truly was. Another thing that stood out was how much my puppy liked her right away. As soon as he got out of the car, he was excited and curious about going inside, which meant a lot to me. I’m so glad I found Robin and truly look forward to working with her again. It’s clear my puppy felt safe and comfortable in her care.”

About: From horses, to dogs, cats, rabbits, and more, I have been around animals my entire life and honestly I'm not sure I'd do without them! In addition to having a love for animals, I have a passion for veterinary medicine and have been in the veterinary field for the last 13 years. Owners will have confidence and peace of mind that I am very familiar with animal behavior and can quickly assess any situation. If you are looking for someone who is great with communication, updates, and will treat your pet like their own, then I would love to give your fur baby a safe place to stay while you're away! **We do have a fully fenced yard and someone here at all times. **Board and train also available upon request. Aside from working 2-3 half day shifts at the the vet clinic, I do work around my barn from home and have ample amount of time to spend with both my pets and yours to make sure they are not alone for hours on end. My home is often called puppy heaven by clients and friends! I have several dog-friendly pups of my own that are off-leash trained and enjoy running and playing in my fenced yard of several acres. If your pup needs any special accommodations, daily meds, or needs to be hand walked, etc., health and safety is priority and I am happy to go above and beyond to make them feel at home!
