1. Lacie E.
“I would like to take a moment and brag on Lacie. Not only did she show up a little earlier than her designated time, she spent 30 minutes pampering and catering to my two babies. My dogs are a pretty good judge of character, and they came right to her like they had known her for years. 🩷 she also took pictures of them for me and showed her progress during the visit. I will be referring her to my friends and family, and will definitely be using her in the future! Thank you, Lacie, for being so good to my fur babies. 🩷🐾🩷🐾”
2. Savannah & Dakota D.
“I rebooked with Savannah and Dakota and wasn’t disappointed. Such great communicators and willing to go the extra mile for my boys—didn’t hesitate to find a great show to entertain them when I asked.”
3. Heather F.
“Heather does a great job, always reliable and my pups are happy and healthy when I get home. Takes great pics too :)”
4. Ashley L.
“This was my first time giving Rover a chance, and I cannot say enough good things about the dog-lover I was connected with! Ashley went above and beyond for my (slightly odd) dog, Jesse. He’s not the easiest dog, but Ashley did her best to make him comfortable. She sat with him and gave him all the lovies! We got pictures and videos of each visit. I definitely recommend her services to anyone who is thinking about trying Rover out!”
5. Katara-Riana L.
“Katara is such an amazing caregiver to my cat, Bernie. It is the best peace of mind knowing he is in such good care when I am away. He absolutely loves her!”
6. Elizabeth C.
“As an employee of mine Elizabeth was always one of my best. On time/professional and every day giving me her absolute best! I would absolutely rehire her without question”
7. Maurice D.
“I've known Maurice for over ten years and if I could describe him in one word it would he compassionate. He is a very caring individual who always puts the needs of others above his own. When it comes to animals, the same applies. Especially when looking at how happy and healthy his own pup is. Maurice would make a great addition to the Rover team. Thank you, Patrick Migliorati”
8. Gabrielle T.
“Gabrielle took great care of my fur baby! Took her for a nice walk and gave her lots of love during the visit :) would recommend!”
9. Khai’Lya P.
About: My name is Khai’lya and here’s a couple details about me. I have a 4 year old poodle/rat terrier named Peppa. I have 4 years of experience when it comes to dog sitting since I dog sit for my relatives on a regular basis. Since I do it so often, I thought why not work with animals as a side job. I also have plans to work in a shelter and volunteer in the near future. My goal is to help others when it comes to leaving their furry friend with someone dependable and trustworthy. I understand how it feels to worry if your dog or cat is in good hands or not. I want to be able to provide a worry-free experience for others when it comes to their pets. I work and attend college full time, so after my morning classes or work I have nothing but free time. This free time allows me to spend more time playing with your pet. I have a huge yard with a doggie of my own. I do stay near a busy street so I will have to fence your furry best friends in a pet fence for their own safety. I love to do playtime with my dog so I don’t mind doing the same for yours
10. Amber T.
About: I am pleased to offer pet care services for animals. I have been around and loved animals since I was a little. I have 3 cats and 2 horses. I can promise that your animals will be well taken care of and will receive plenty of attention. My animals are like my children, and I understand how important it is to need someone you can trust to care for them while you are away. I have worked for a pet sitting service. My services included taking dogs for daily walks and multiple home visits per day to feed their animals, take them out for potty breaks, and interact with them. I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule. If I keep your pet at my home, they would rarely be alone. I can also accommodate most times when going to a client’s home. The yard around my home isn’t fenced, but I do have a fenced pasture that a dog could roam freely in. Otherwise, they would be on a leash.
11. rachael m.
About: I have experience caring for puppies and sick dogs. Potty training and nurturing back to health. I am very patient and loving. I am able to discern when there is a problem and when things are considered normal. I am in nursing school and I’m on a break or usually don’t have time for Normal jobs. This allows me to use my time to care for animals and make some money. I have three cats in my home they are brushed every other day, fed twice a day and their litter box is cleaned twice a day as well.
12. Alexus M.
About: I have had and cared for all sorts of animals growing up, from cats to large breed dogs, to rats, to guinea pigs, to bearded dragons and parrots! I am now a Registered Veterinary Technician/Technologist with a B.S. in Biology & A.S. in Veterinary Technology. I work 4 days a week 7:30am-5:30pm. I currently have plenty of down time on the weekends to meet your furry kids' needs, whether that be walks, drop-ins, or house-sitting! I can leash walk dogs, monitor them in a fenced in yard if you have one, as well as crate them and administer any medications needed. I can also express special needs animals' bladders and bowels if needed.
13. Courtney L.
“Courtney is very responsible and caring with my pets. She follows guidelines that have been outlined for them to the letter and they get very excited when they see her. The care she provides in our absence is top-notch and I highly recommend her for your pets as well.”
14. Jenny S.
“I was in serious need of someone to care for my babies while I was out of state/country. Google sent me to Rover. I took the chance and signed up. I am SO glad that I did! I’m super picky about our menagerie, 2 dogs and 11 cats, but Jenny handled them wonderfully, even trouble shooting an electrical issue with our fans! One of my babies had an ear issue and Jenny took him to the vet for us! Highly recommend!!!”
15. Elle C.
About: My family has had dogs ever since I was little, and I've always done my best to take care of them! One of my favorite activities is playing fetch with my dog Max. Currently saving up for grad school and what better way to do it than to spend time with some cute critters? I'm currently working from home, so I have a pretty flexible schedule when it comes to looking after pets! Though my evening availability is generally much more free, I can always figure out something to fit your pet's needs. I have two super cute dogs, and I can easily find a pet toy or leash if needed. I'm pretty accommodating, so just let me know if your pet has any specific needs!

17. Mackenzie P.
“Mackenzie is great with animals . I have a been a pet sitter on Rover in Alexandria since she was 15. She has always helped me. When she was a little older and I wasn’t able to do my regular drop ins or walks she would cover for me . She loves animals and they love her! She and her boyfriend moved to Baton Rouge for college. They became dog parents about 8 months ago and are doing a great job raising a beautiful doodle. She always keeps my dogs and younger kids for me when I need to go somewhere and does a great job!”
