About: I’ve grown up with a household full of pets. My family never had less than 4 dogs and 2 cats. Since I was a child I’ve gotten experience walking, grooming, training, and caring for dogs and cats of all kinds, sizes, and ages. Most of my experience is with small and medium dogs, but I have experience walking and handling large dogs. I currently live with two cats and have spent some time caring for my friends and family’s dogs. I specialize in drop-in visits for all pets, and walks (of any distance) for dogs. I am available for drop-in visits, walks, or house sitting all days of the weeks, including weekends. You pick the time! I am able to crate dogs and cats, harness and leash dogs, do simple commands, give medicine, and provide clean up services. As a young adult I also have the ability to provide high energy animals with the required amount of exercise or play. I can provide treat and/or toy training for your pet to exercise their brain as well. I will work with whatever space your home provides, or I can transport pets to outdoor spaces.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I have professionally worked as a house/pet sitter for 3 years but I have cared for my own for as long as I can remember. I have taken care of dogs, cats, and many livestock. I have trained many of my puppies so I can handle them and have cared for many senior animals having to give them special diets and medications. As both a college student and an exercise enthusiast, I can fit the care of your pet seamlessly in with my everyday life - be it cuddling on the couch, hanging out in a shared space, throwing a ball, or going for hikes or light runs. When outdoors I always carry extra water and a dog bowl, and am closely tuned in to the needs of your pet to assure they are safe, comfortable, and having a great time. As a full-time college student I have very flexible availability, especially in the early morning, afternoons, and evening. This means I can check in often, and dedicate the best/coolest time of day to walks. As someone who grew up with hyper active and intelligent dogs, I understand that the anxiety that comes with human-pet separation is a two way street. To make sure both you and your pets have peace of mind, I will do my best to gather all necessary information from you about your pets needs, routines, preferences, behaviors, training level (judgement free - training is hard and dogs have a mind of their own), and physical capabilities. In the past, outside of Rover, I’ve done dog-walking, pet-sitting, and worked as a kennel assistant for boarding and also a veterinary assistant! I have a bachelors degree in Animal Science and I am currently in my second year of school at the Oregon State University Veterinary Medicine program. I will aim to keep your pet’s schedule as normal as possible while you’re gone. I am comfortable giving all types of medications- oral, injections, or anything else. I can’t wait to give your pup all the love, play, and attention they need! Currently, my availability is completely open during the summer until I go back to school in September- then I’ll make adjustments as needed. I consider this my full-time job. I currently do not board in my home as I have a shy cat who doesn’t enjoy having visitors often.
