“Extremely happy that I chose Joseph and Renee to watch my dog Dallios for 2 weeks! Dallios had plenty of exercise, attention and time with other dogs. I really appreciate all the pics that Joseph sent. I can tell he is very passionate and experienced about taking care of the Dogs under his care. Highly recommend. They will be my go-to for future boarding stays for my dog.”

“If I could give more stars, I would. Judy was fantastic! She's the perfect sitter and is well versed in dog care - patient and loving. Our dog was treated like a princess with lots of personal attention and beautiful fenced backyard to run free. A doggie haven. Highly recommended. Thank you!”

About: I have always loved animals! I have grown up with dogs and cats in my house my whole life and cared for them. I have dog sat, taken dogs on walks, volunteered at shelters, etc! I have always loved animals and I am passionate about taking care of them. I am a licensed teacher getting my masters online, so I have lots of time to take care of pets on weekdays and weekends and am available most times! I have a medium sized house with a private room, another friendly small dog, and a great neighborhood to take dogs on walks and a small yard.
“Rowan really enjoys spending time with Jennifer and her family. Jennifer is great to work with. She communicates well and often and always sends photos/videos. I am always comfortable when I know Rowan is safe and happy with Jennifer. You know your dog is happy to be there when they are excited to be there again...that's how Rowan is when spending time with Jennifer and her family.”

“Allison was amazing with our pup! Pepper loved her right away and I could tell from the meet and greet that this was a great fit. Allison was communicative, engaged and helpful with every step of setting up our dog’s boarding. She sent pictures and updates during our trip so we knew our girl was happy and cozy. We are excited to have found someone we feel so comfortable leaving our girl with and will definitely be connecting with her again in the future!”

About: I have owned 5 different dogs in my lifetime, and each one lived to be over 10 years old, I am a “dog whisperer” as some people say because of my ability to connect with them and make them happy! I currently work part time and do this as another part time job. I am available most days in the week to watch your pet! Please let me know 1 or 2 days in advance for pet care, and I will do my best to work out the schedule details! My house is a reasonable size and has a huge fenced yard for your dog to play in. I will make sure they feel at home when you’re gone and get care as you request.
“Susana was fabulous with Daisy! I received daily updates with a sweet photo of how she was doing including lots of walks and cuddling. Susana is well versed in dog behavior so she was able to comfortably have Daisy along with a couple of other dogs and monitor their behavior closely during her stay. Daisy was well cared for and seemed very happy during her stay. I would absolutely book Susana again!”
“Arielle was amazing!!! This was our first time ever leaving our fur baby with anyone other than family! She made us feel so at ease & remained in contact with us throughout his stay! She sent us pictures so we could see how he was doing & it looked like he was on vacation!!! She accepted him last minute & he came home so content & exhausted from his playtime! We have definitely found Opi’s home away from home!!! If you’re looking for an awesome sitter for your fur baby, look no further!!!”

“Erica was amazing with my dog! She was really responsive, took great care of him, and even let me drop him off a couple hours early for his stay. Would highly recommend trusting Erica with your pets!”

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and treat them like family. Your pet will be spoiled by me, guaranteed. 🤍 I currently do not have a pet of my own but often have a family member’s blue heeler at my house. I’m a SAHM to a 3 year old daughter who loves animals. I have a fenced in yard with grass to play in and a nice neighborhood to take walks in. I don’t mind pets getting on the furniture (as long as you allow it too) and have a large kennel available, if that is what your pup feels most comfortable sleeping in.

I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I’m here to give your pet the love, attention, and comfort they deserve while you're away. As a part-time nursing student and mom of two, I’ve learned how to balance a busy schedule with care and attention to detail. qualities that I also bring to pet care. Many sitters in OR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
