“Lindsay was consistent and her notes were thorough with a personal touch which gave me comfort knowing my cats were getting lots of TLC while I was gone.”

“Libby was a God send. We are so thankful for finding her on Rover. We have been worried for a long time about finding the right sitter for our Archie dog and Libby is the perfect person. I can’t wait to use her again! We were lucky enough to have another sitter turn us down and then we found Libby. Our Meet and Greet was as smooth as possible. When my husband made a mistake on the date and Libby showed up when she was not needed, she graciously came back the next day at the correct time. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our dog, who happens to require a little extra attention. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Libby!”

“Christine made us feel sooo secure and relieved while leaving our kitty alone for the day. Great communication and efforts. Much appreciated.”

About: My whole life my parents have had dogs so I’ve grown up around dogs since I was an infant, this also means that they’ve had quite a few different puppies over the years and I have helped train them. I am the go to person for all of my friends and family. If they need someone to watch their pets while they’re gone I absolutely love seeing their animals and taking care of them and I treat everyone’s animals as if they’re my own and do the things that I would want others to do for my pets. During the school year, I work as a teaching assistant at an elementary school. This means that my summers are very open and free to watch others pets and give them plenty of love and attention. I care for pets in others homes as if they were my own pet, I will make sure to play with them and feed them and get them outside, but also just cuddle them if they like that and give them the space if they also would prefer that.

“We had such a great experience with Tina while we were away for two weeks. She took care of our two cats and did an amazing job. I was initially nervous to leave them, but I quickly felt at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Tina was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about their well-being. She sent daily updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of our cats needed medication and was difficult about taking it while we were gone, but Tina was incredibly patient and persistent, trying different ways to help and keeping us updated the whole time. I would absolutely recommend Tina to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, and caring pet sitter!”

“Amanda was fantastic! She gave our boys the attention they needed and took care of their needs, will definitely be keeping her in mind for next time!”

About: For over 30 years, I've had the joy of caring for cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. Growing up surrounded by these wonderful companions taught me just how special the bond between a pet and their person is. Today, I’m honored to help others by providing their pets with the same love, attention, and care they’re used to at home. You can count on me to be reliable, trustworthy, and to treat your furry family member like my own! Now enjoying retirement, I am fortunate to have the time and flexibility to dedicate my days to caring for pets who bring so much love and joy into our lives. When caring for pets in their own home, I treat the space and routines with the utmost respect. I make sure your pet(s) feel safe and cared for by sticking closely to their normal schedule and providing plenty of affection, exercise, and companionship. Whether it’s feeding, walking, medication, or just quiet time, I tailor each visit to your pet’s needs and personality. I am also happy to share photo and video updates so you can stay connected with your fur babies.

About: I’m knowledgeable in breed-specific needs and maintain consistency to keep them mentally and physically happy! I have previously taken dog behavior courses and am familiar with dog body language. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and ages! No dog is “too much!” I am comfortable with administering medications and providing grooming for long haired/high maintenance breeds. I have worked with puppies all the way up to senior dogs so I am comfortable handling all ages. I have a full-time job but am more than happy to fit time in to take care of your lovely fur baby. My typical shift is 8:00-4:30pm M-F. I have open availability on weekends to provide housesitting! If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.

“Ashley was kind in looking after my shy cat. Would be happy to use her services again.”

About: Dogs and cats and lizards, oh my! I’ve done it all. For the first 18 years of my life I’ve had experience walking dogs, house sitting, and raising my own pets. Then I began working at a summer camp where I was partially responsible for taking care of our reptile family - crested geckos, bearded dragons, and ball pythons and were just some of the cuties I got to take care of. Since then I have taken care and owned cats, dogs, and lizards of my own and on the side have house sat and loved many family and friends pets while they’re gone. I even have experience with some medical administration such as insulin shots to a feisty cat and pills to the dog I currently own. I can’t wait to get acquainted with your family member :) My schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most any time a pet needs taken care of, including during the work day and weekends. I have three dogs, one cat and a crested gecko currently who are all very loved and spoiled by myself, my husband and our almost two year old. We’ve taught all the dogs recall, leash training and how to be gentle around young children. Our cat is an old man with feline herpes, one of our dogs needs daily oral medication and the juvenile gecko gets extra attention as he continues growing.

“Very communicative, dependable, and very kind to my timid kitty! I would definitely hire again!”

“Hailey did a wonderful job taking care of my cat! My cat is usually shy around new people, but he warmed right up to Hailey. I will definitely check about Hailey’s availability before my next trip.”
