About: I've worked in multiple animal shelters walking dogs, feeding all animals, playing with them, cleaning up after them but most of all showing them the love they need and deserve I am medically retired from the United States Air Force and have plenty of time to visit and take care of your pups or cats. I am able to take out the dogs, clean litter boxes, play with the animals, feed them, walk them, and give medications if needed. I can also lock up the house and make sure the dogs or cats are crated or put up before I leave if needed.

About: every sitter loves animals, but I really do adore animals and I love being able to just enjoy and meet new animals. My special skills with animals is to cuddle! I love making sure the fur babies are taking care of with love and respect! I currently work a full time job, M-T from 7 to 5, which is the main reason of dog sitting on the weekends! I can do full weeks just need to know ahead of time to be able to discuss with work! The best option is to have them at the client’s home, animals are always comfortable when at home and a place they know! About: I have taken care of neighbor’s and friend’s dogs and cats since I was around 12 years old. I grew up with 4-5 dogs and cats at a time, as well as reptiles and amphibians. I have four dogs of my own now. I have cared for dogs as small as chihuahuas and as big as Great Danes. I’ve also cared for puppies and kittens, and have helped in the delivery process of nine German shepherd/Pitbull mixes. I fostered several sets of kittens while I was in high school. I did dog obedience and agility with my childhood dogs for 5 years or so when I was younger, and also went to private obedience lessons, so I am confident I can handle and care for any dog. I am a responsible pet owner as I believe in spay/neuter, I train and walk all of my dogs 4-8 days a month, I have a large fenced in backyard for them, and I keep them happy and healthy. I hope all of this will show you that I am the perfect person to care for your fur baby while you are away. I have had multiple people try to book house sitting jobs with me and then are shocked by the price. The reason for the price being $200/night and so much higher than my check-in and dog walking prices is because I have to factor in drive time, mileage, and gas that it takes me to get to your home in back, as well as trips I will have to make in between to come home and care for my own dogs and to shower and eat as well as the hours I’m spending at your home overnight. I am away from my own home/bed, family, and dogs so I can do a job that requires me to stay somewhere most of the day and overnight to care for living beings. Because of that, I am going to charge a flat rate of $200 that covers the moment I leave my home to when I return after the last day, which includes every night I spend in your home. If you require me to stay in your home overnight for the job, I will not do it for free. Rover also takes 20% of my earnings, so I am actually only making $160/night. If you break it down, say I’m there for around 12 hours for an overnight house sitting job, I’m only making around $13/hour. If you do not require me to stay overnight, my check in and dog walking prices are much more affordable and I can check in several times a day and stay for up to an hour each time. Also, please list each animal in your home on your profile. As many other Rover sitters, I charge per animal. If there is only one dog on your profile, I expect to only be caring for one dog. It is an additional $10 or less per additional dog, depending on which service you book. I have previously talked about how I care for my dogs in my home, but I will not be offering any kind of in home care as two of my dogs are reactive. However, at the client’s home, I can follow any instructions on care down to the very last detail. I can provide your pet with cuddles and playtime if they are comfortable with it. I can walk them as well, for any amount of time or distance. I will meet your needs and your pet’s needs!
About: I’ve had pets pretty much all my life. They each become a part of me and stay in my heart forever. I’ve had cats, dogs, fish, birds, and I have cared for them along with bunnies and snakes when I worked at the shelter. I love my pets dearly and will treat your pets with as much love. I currently have more open availability in the mornings so I would be able to check in on your pets for you while you run your errands or you’re at work. Give them the love and attention that you want to give them, but unfortunately aren’t able to. I wake up in the mornings and give my babies food and fresh water. Give them attention once they wake up a little bit. I check their bowls periodically when I’m home and change the water at night and give them a little more food before bed. Along with nighttime cuddles because house are important. I wake up in the morning and take care of my cats first thing. Get them food. I wash their water bowl out and get them fresh water. I give them attention after they wake up a little bit more. I pay attention to their body signs and try to give them what they need. I love and care for my pets and I will do the same for yours.
