About: I have always had animals growing up old to young and I have sat for friends and family for vacations, weekends, and maybe just for a few hours, and I think of every animal as a great gift and all should cared for with love!!! I already enjoy spending time with animals in my free time, so pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m responsible with my time and make sure pets get the attention, exercise, food, and care they need. I’m happy to work pet care around my school and other responsibilities while making sure each pet feels loved and cared for. When caring for pets, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In a client’s home, I follow their normal routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and anything else they need. I also make sure to keep their space clean and give them plenty of attention. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always make their care my priority.

Our last pet sitter moved away, and we're kind of picky when it comes to someone watching our babies. “Lydia was great! This was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were a little nervous. However, Lydia put us at ease. She took the time to get to know our three dogs. Also, Lydia was very patient, understanding, and caring knowing some of our dogs had some separation issues while we were away. Eventually, all three dogs became comfortable with Lydia. Lydia provided daily updates and pictures of the dogs and even did a Facetime call which gave us piece of mind knowing they were well taken care of. About: I grew up on a farm and I have taken care of many animals. I was raised to care for animals deeply! I would treat your animals how I would want my fur babies to be treated! I am currently in nursing school! I’m usually available on weekends, thursdays and fridays. My schedule changes consistently because of nursing school. Experience from a Small Yorkie to a Large German Shepard. Have had Training lessons as Well so this is a plus in some situations. I am a Stay at home mom with a 3yr old boy who loves animals as much as I do. Love having the extra opportunities to share the love for animals. My schedule is very flexible so I am able to do most pop ins for potty breaks, weekends and some overnight opportunity. Please reach out with questions.
