“Very friendly. Hung out at our RV while we went to field of lights and watched our 5yr old husky and 3mos old husky puppy. Great communication. Dogs loved hanging out with her. Would highly recommend.”

“Great! We had Carlos house-sit for our two dogs and plethora of outdoor plants. He was great with our dogs, took them on daily walks, and even watered our outdoor plants during our 5 night trip. We are always pleased to be able to use Rover instead of board at a kennel, and we will call Carlos again!”

About: I'm a licensed small-animal veterinarian retired from 40 years of clinical work. I'm comfortable with pets of all needs, including medical treatments. I wish to continue service to animals through providing daily care. I love being around animals of all types, including dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, birds, reptiles, fish, horses, cattle, sheep, goats, etc. I also have a wealth of training experience based on positive reinforcement. I'm retired from clinical settings (working under my maiden name Carol Hansen, DVM), and still maintain an active lifestyle. I'm free most days. My routine is very flexible. I spend time with my own 2 dogs and 5 feral cats. I love travel and seeing wildlife worldwide. I have done pet care for my own and others' pets for most of my life. I'm very honest, trustworthy, and conscientious in making sure animals thrive in a healthy environment.

“Colleen is a wonderful dog sitter. Communication was great from the start which I greatly appreciate. She took excellent care of my needy Akita boy and my house. She’s very capable and responsible. Highly recommend!”

“Alexis is kind and patient with our two dogs, Leo and Pierre. Leo can sometimes be reactive and protective. Alexis worked with us to help Leo settle in and feel comfortable. My partner and I are very thankful for Alexis’s handling of Leo and patience.”

“Addi did a great job caring for our kitten while we were out of town. She sent pictures and updates, and always replied to my texts, which I really appreciate since I am a little bit of a helicopter mom. :) She is responsible, kind, and gave our kitty lots of attention and love. Our house was well cared for as well- she is very neat and tidy! I will for sure be a repeat client!”

I’m also happy to taxi them to doggy day care or the vet. House sitting also available. I treat animals like my own. If they’ll let want to play or lay, it’s fine with me. I adhere to your rules but try to spoil them too.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since i was 6 years old. I will take them for walks, play with them, make sure they are comfortable at their home. I’m super attentive and trustworthy, plus I’ve got experience with puppy training and senior pet care, so your furry friends get extra love and attention while you’re gone! I work part time currently and will have plenty time to care for your pet as you need. I am always available to help out with whatever you need me for! I prioritize safety by following all care instructions carefully and keeping pets in a secure environment at your home. “Havana was just great! She was wonderful with Moose and we also had baby chicks hatching at the time she was house sitting Moose and took wonderful care of them as well as our other chickens. Very happy with her and will certainly have her come back and sit with Moose again.”

About: I treat every animal I take care of like they are mine. All of my animals are VERY spoiled and loved and get the best quality care I can offer. I love being outside (weather isn’t a issue I’ll walk dogs in the rain/snow!). I’ve taken care of puppies that needed help potty training all the way to old senior dogs that need special medication 3 times a day. I love all breeds! I believe there are no “bad breeds”. I will love on your dog the whole time I’m with them and treat them like they are mine. I know it’s hard for you to leave your animal, so especially during the 1st couple days I will spend extra time with them to make sure they are comfortable with me and not stressed about you leaving. I also love cats. I’ve taken care of kittens and having to bottle feed them to old cats with maintenance/special lifestyles. I believe cats need as much attention as dogs. I have owned horses for 20 years. I can also care for any and all equines. I’ve worked with unhandled horses to high end show horses. I don’t mind making up grain, cleaning stalls and weighing hay as needed. The only animal I will not watch are snakes. I will happily watch any critter you have! Just no snakes. If I’m being honest I’m absolutely terrified of them. Lol! It is second nature to me. Taking care of animals is just the norm. It is always a priority to me. I’m always thinking about them and how to make them happier. I work, but it is very flexible so I am able to let out for potty breaks and give meds as needed. I will follow your routine with your animals so it’s not strange for them with a new person. They will be treated as if they are my own personal pet. Lots of snuggles, pets, love and treats if allowed! Your house will be as clean as when you left it. I always strip the bed, start any laundry, take out trash, wipe down everything and make sure all dishes are done and put away if applicable.

About: I have over 9 years of hands on experience caring for my own three dogs, which has given me a deep understanding of pet care, including feeding, grooming, exercise, and general health maintenance. Over the years, I’ve managed everything from daily walks and training routines to vet visits and special diets. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve also dog sat for friends, looking after dogs of various breeds and sizes. My experience has taught me how to be patient, attentive, and responsive to each dog's individual needs, making sure that they feel safe, loved, and well cared for at all times. As a college student home for the summer, I have a flexible and open schedule, which allows me to fully dedicate time and attention to pet care. This flexibility means I can easily accommodate your pet's specific routines, whether that includes early morning walks, midday play sessions, or evening feedings. I’m able to provide consistent care throughout the day. I prioritize keeping your pets active, engaged, and comforted, and I’m available for both short visits and long stays. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and I’m committed to giving each pet the time, energy, and affection they deserve. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their established routines to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and at ease while you're away. I carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding schedules, portion sizes, and any specific needs. Daily walks are done at the times your pets are used to, and I always try to make sure they get the right amount of exercise and playtime based on their energy levels and preferences. I also make sure to spend quality time with your pets whether that means playing fetch, or simply being present to keep them company. I understand how important consistency is with my own dogs, so I stick closely to your instructions, including any medication schedules, crate routines, or expectations. My goal is to make your pets feel as happy and secure as they do when you're home.

About: I’ve been a professional house sitter for 10 years. I had a dog of my own for about 5 years-a big beautiful german shepherd who we trained extensively. I love dogs (and cats!) but with my traveling lifestyle, I can’t commit to having my own, but I have plenty of love and energy to give to others. I’m reliable, clean, communicative and love to adventure & hike, especially with doggy friends. I have a flexible work schedule and can work around you and your pets specific needs. Happy to help with high energy dogs, older chill dogs-and everything in between. I believe animals should be treated with respect and love and consistency just like a member of the family. They are full of unconditional love and that should be returned to them.

“Daryn is one of the best animal owners of I have ever met. She loves all of them as they are family members. Daryn is very attentive when taking care of our pets and they all love her. When she takes care of anybody else’s pets, she shows the exact same attentiveness as she does with our own and makes sure they are well taken care of.”

Nicki B.
“Nicki did a great job house sitting and taking care of our pups. Will definitely hire her again! She communicated often and sent lots of photos”

Kenna C.
“Kenna has been house and pet sitting for me since she was in high school, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. I have three dogs—each with their own quirks, special diets, and one who needs daily medication—and they all absolutely love her. While I am away, Kenna provides daily updates, including photos and little notes about how everyone is doing—which gives me such peace of mind. Beyond caring for the dogs, Kenna also waters my porch plants and garden during the summer, makes sure my packages are safely stored in the garage, and somehow leaves my home even cleaner than when I left it. Her attention to detail, reliability, and genuine love for animals give me complete peace of mind whenever I’m out of town. I always like to stock the fridge with a few of her favorite snacks and drinks—just a small gesture of thanks for the incredible care she provides. The only downside is that she moved away for college, and finding someone who comes close to the level of trust and care Kenna provides has been nearly impossible. She will always be my first call when she’s home visiting!”
