I work from home most days, so your dog will have consistent supervision and companionship throughout the day. My wife and I plan our schedules to ensure your pet’s needs come first, including regular walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone for extended periods. We also have a quiet, adult-only home in a mostly retired neighborhood, which creates a calm, low-stress environment, especially helpful for senior dogs or those who prefer a more relaxed setting. We enjoy having a dog as part of our day-to-day life, whether that is relaxing at home or getting outside for walks. Our goal is to make your dog’s stay feel as close to their normal routine as possible. We provide care in our home as if your dog were part of our family. Dogs are welcome in our main living spaces and will receive plenty of attention, affection, and supervision throughout the day. Since there are two of us, your pet will rarely be alone and will have consistent companionship. We keep our environment calm and comfortable, which is especially helpful for senior dogs or those who prefer a quieter setting. About: I've taken care of senior dogs and up to 4 dogs at a time. I am available to stay overnight if needed and don't have a preference for any breed of pets. I'm currently enrolled at McKendree University and am able to watch pets throughout the afternoon, evenings, and nights! I am pretty available throughout the week and through the weekend! I have a fenced in yard and love to take pets on walks throughout town and playing with the pets as well to keep them company.

About: Hi! I'm Dannie, I've been a certified dog groomer for over 7 years. I've been fortunate enough to personally love and care for special needs pets and also senior dogs. As a groomer I am always continuing my canine education, especially related to safe dog handling. My goal in life is to meet all the pups! Being in a salon management position I do have a good amount of flexibility with my schedule. I will be available for drop-in visits and walks in the evenings and select day visits. I’m also available for overnight pet sitting during the week and on every other weekend. In home I have a very social mini poodle mix, 5 years old, she is very adaptable to having other dogs around and respecting their schedules. In clients home I try to keep with their pets schedule as much as possible while providing care and attention.

About: I started my care for animals 22 years ago in a non profit animal shelter. Since then I’ve been able to gain my experience through many different roles within the field of non profit shelter work and finally working up to a vet tech. I’ve been able to use the skills of vet tech in shelter as well as a private practice for the past 10 years. I’ve handled everything from neonates who need round the clock assistance to senior pets who need special medications/care or even I pets that are diabetic and need insulin. I’m an avid animal lover and protecter. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I have a very flexible schedule so fitting in pet care is usually no issue. Whether dropping off pets in the morning or in the evening for boarding, drop ins, walks, dog/cat sitting, I will make sure scheduling is accommodating so that every pet I care for gets the proper love, care, and attention they need. 😁❤️ I care for pets the same as if they are my own. They will be let out to potty every 2-4 hours. I have dogs and cats in my household so they would need to be friendly with other pets but I’m alway good with sitting at your home as well. I will treat your home with the same respect I give my own. I can accommodate a pet that needs to be crated as well.
