He comes home completely I can’t seem to keep him awake which is amazing because he’s just a 3 month old puppy and is typically a wild child in the afternoons! Marcy was so kind to take him on at a late request and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my little man. She made me feel so comfortable immediately! About: I'm from PR, and I've been a dog rescuer since 2011. I have tons of experience caring for animals and giving them the love and treatment that they deserve. I love what I do. I retire and moved to Pittsburgh on February, 2023. It makes me a perfect match for your doggy. I will treat them as if they were mine. NO cages. I have a fenced runner connected to the pets' room that allows them to safely go in and out whenever they want. You can bring their bed or any special toys. I foster rescued dogs from PR that came to Pittsburgh looking for a second chance of life, and the money earn through Rover is used to cover their health and traveling expenses. I work from home, and my office is in the room where they will spend their stay, so they will be with me most of the day, and they will be able to play with my own dogs under supervision. If they are potty trained and well behaved, they will have permission to access all the house. To be able to satisfy you pup's needs, I will ask you to write down your special instructions and promise I will follow them as written. You will receive a lot of daily pictures of your furry friends.

I do my best to provide thoughtful, personalized care, and I want to make sure your pet feels comfortable—and that I’m a great match for your household too! 🚫 Breed Policy Disclaimer: For personal and insurance reasons, I am not able to care for Pit Bulls or Pit Bull mixes, including American Bullies. If your request is longer, feel free to ask about boarding or drop-ins as alternatives. 📍Rover’s distance estimates aren’t always accurate, so I kindly ask for your address before scheduling a meet-and-greet to confirm whether you’re within my service area. Bookings outside of this radius may include a small travel fee. 🚨 Meet & Greet Required: I require a meet-and-greet for all new clients—regardless of the service—so I can get to know your pet(s), answer questions, and make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐕 🐈 🐰 As a former teacher and lifelong animal lover, I bring reliability, warmth, and over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, and small animals. Whether your cat loves attention or prefers solitude, I offer calm, attentive care and don’t mind tidying litter boxes or surprise messes. I currently share my home with two toy dogs, three cats, and two rabbits, so I’m used to managing a variety of temperaments and routines. I’m especially comfortable with seniors, puppies, and shy pets—and I’ve even fostered rabbits through rescue groups. Whether your pet needs potty breaks, medication, nail trims, or just some company, I’ll provide attentive care and detailed updates to keep you informed and reassured. I’m fully insured for added peace of mind. 🪴 For small animal rates (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.), please message me directly. ⏰ Schedule & Availability I'm currently home full-time in Murrysville, which allows me to offer a flexible schedule and consistent, attentive care throughout the week. I’m available for house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking most weekdays and weekends—including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. “We have been using Beatriz & Hayden for almost three years. They have cared for all three of our dogs; each who had/have their own special needs or quirks. Beatriz & Hayden have graciously accommodated all of their needs with much love and kindness. Our boys love(d) going there and I always felt comfortable leaving them with these extremely capable sitters. They send great photos and updates during a visit and I was always able to get in touch with them in a very timely manner and always felt respected and acknowledged when communicating with them. These are only some of the reasons why we will continue to drive the extra distance just to book them as our pet sitters!”

About: Hi, I’m Kaleigh! I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, and caring for them isn’t just a job—it’s something I genuinely love. Whether it’s playing in the yard, giving belly rubs, or helping anxious pets feel safe, I bring a calm and compassionate presence to every visit. I have experience with a wide range of animals—from energetic puppies to senior pets who just need a little extra patience. I pay close attention to their needs, routines, and personalities so they get personalized care and you get peace of mind. If I’m caring for your pet, they’re not just getting a sitter—they’re getting a new friend. I have experience with administering medication and caring for “aggressive” breeds. I am pursuing pet sitting as my main income source so I will always be available to care for your pets. Any day any time! With my previous clients, I’ve been entrusted with caring for the safety of the home and their pets. Trusted with a house key. Feeding measured amounts at scheduled times of day. Cleaning after pets with limitations. Securing the home before I leave each time.

About: I have been around dogs most of my life and have been dog sitting for a few years now! I love taking them on walks and caring for their needs!! I work from home and will be them for most of the day! I don't leave for more than 2 hours at a time. They are more than welcome to stay as long as needed and am very flexible with drop off and pick up times! I have a large fenced in backyard yard and toys to play with! I have a senior Chiweenie who gets along with almost every dog she meets!!

“Amy is AWESOME! I was nervous at first because I am VERY protective of my 5 pound teacup poodle, hence he has never been boarded before. The meet and greet was very detailed and we both got to ask any and every question that we may have had. Onyx was able to meet her cutie Hercules and they really had a fun time! Her house is so spacious and clean, and her back screened in porch and HUGE background is a dog's paradise. Amy is so personable and she and her family really are genuine about loving on your fur baby just like they are at home. Onyx usually doesn't eat his food when he is in an environment that is new or he hasn't warmed up to. He ate his food on his first time going over for daycare! That says a lot! I am so excited to start dropping him off weekly so that he can get playtime in with Hercules! I am sooooo happy and satisfied with Amy and her family! Soooo glad I picked her! :-)”

About: Growing up, I had all large dogs including a Rottweiler, Shepard mix, and an American Bulldog. But for the first time, I have a medium-sized dog at almost 50 lbs, my hound mix named Nola! I rescued her at 11 weeks old on June 16th, 2022. She’s my bestie girl! ~ and because she can be rambunctious sometimes I prefer to only dog sit female doggies that are around Nola’s same size. She tends to not care for male dogs so much. I have a large, fenced in yard and I work for myself which allows me the time to care for both mine and your pup. I also take my dog and any dog I watch to nearby parks frequently, too! A Meet & Greet is required with every dog prior to booking no matter the size or temperament. I am thankful to have flexible work hours and the space that allow me the appropriate time to care for both mine and your pup! I have a fenced in yard and the ability to separate dogs inside if needed. And I work from home, so your dog will get the attention it deserves :)

“Our dog took to Kim and Dave instantly ( which never happens). They took excellent care of her, and sent several photos. And you could tell that she was very relaxed and comfortable in their company. I highly recommend Kim. Thanks again.”

“I have been a pet Mom to 2 spunky little doggies for a little over a year now. They are small dogs, less than 20 lbs, and have a lot of infectious energy! Melissa has been such a Godsend and great support whenever I needed to travel for business or personal! Having 2 dogs of her own, I have seen how she interacts lovingly with her little buddies and knew I could trust her to provide the utmost care to mine. She followed my feeding and snack schedule, gave plenty of potty breaks, and gave my doggies lots of love and attention. Every time we see her my oldest does a superwoman right into her lap! It’s so cute! The doggies always look forward to their next adventure with her! Being able to have a doggie play date with 2 other small dogs their size is an absolute bonus!! She is highly recommended!”

Melissa M.
“Owners should feel very comfortable leaving their dog with Melissa, I know I have! She is a very caring person and when you see her interact with her own dog you just know your dog will be safe and loved on. Melissa also walks daily (dependent upon weather) and the dogs just love it!”
