About: I have at least 15 years of personal pet experience and have worked with domestic and exotic animals as a zoo keeper for over 8 years! I work a full time job but would be happy to stop by during lunch and after work to look after your pets or take them for a walk I have a fenced in yard and two dogs that enjoy other dogs. I also have two cats that like being around other dogs as long as your pets are ok with that.

About: I have been doing check ins with family friends for years for a range of animals. I have a 1.5 year old cocker spaniel that I also take care for and love dearly so I know the value pets have and cherish each one I baby sit. I’m currently a full time student that will drop in before and after class. I am happy to play with your cat or dog as long as they need with my time with them. I can easily crate your dog if needed and can clean up any messes they may create. Keeping their comfort with a new person is my top priority so I’m happy to play outside with them or cozy up on the couch or whatever they may need that day.

Gwendolyn showed up a few days prior to meet the cats and we showed her all the things we needed her to check. The cats came right up to her and seemed to love her from the start! We are also in the process of selling our home, so a few times we had inspectors and appraisers come through and she even came at different times and even short notice to check on them! About: I have been a veterinarian technician for 2.5 years total. Prior to that experience, I have cared for friends, family and neighborhood pets (including reptiles) while their families were away for one reason or another. They say that you can tell alot by how a person is perceived by animals- even troublesome dogs have grown to tolerate me so I can promise that your fur children will enjoy my company and care. I've gone back to school for Respiratory Therapy which means I'm free to love on the babies all weekend and any time after 3 PM on most weekdays (varies due to distance of travel). About: I hope to be different as I have experience’s with all types of furry friends. I hope to make your life and there life stress free. I have experience working in a vet setting with dogs and cats. So I can administer any type of medication as needed. Now I am working in a board and rescue environment for dogs. I’ve dealt with crazy dogs, old dogs, aggressive dogs and scared dogs. I can do grooming such as baths, nail trimming/filing, basic trim, and ear cleaning. I also can do positive based training to work on basics like sit, lay, and waiting at doors. Any treats used will be ran by the owner before using them. I’m currently working part time at a board and rescue. Most days I work one shift so I will have plenty of free time in the morning to feed or play with your furry friend first thing around 7-8am. Usually I will also stop by to let them out again and hang out with them before going to work around 11am. After work I can come by again to feed them dinner and/or just hang out with them and play around 6 pm. My cat whiskey eats in the morning before I leave for work. He also eats again when I get off of work at night. His litter box is cleaned at least once a day. My dog Roxy free feeds as she doesn’t over eat and maintains a healthy weight. We have a small fenced area to play fetch and potty in. Me and Roxy love to get out and hike no matter what the weather is. I am also trying to find someone that would allow us to work on her herding skills. When I’m in a clients home my goal will be to keep the dog on it’s regular schedule in hopes to make it better for them.

I now work remotely from home and want to continue caring for and enjoying all animals. I'm here to snuggle and care for your fur-babies when you can't be there. Since I work from home, fitting the care of your pets into my schedule, is very doable. I have 1 cat and 1 dog (oh, and a husband, lol)! Dog waking is limited to evenings during the week and anytime on the weekend. Daily drop-in visits for cats and caged pets can be done any day of the week. I will consider limited boarding in my home on a case by case basis that we can discuss. I have a large yard, but not fenced in. My dog is a house dog and gets walked on a leash for potty breaks. We also have a dog trolley line to use for when we want to hang outside.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have been taking care of animals since I was 15 years old. I stared working at a vets office and haven’t looked back. Pet care can look like many different things in my week such as, a single feeding, a walk, a check in or the full on in home service with all the feedings and all the walks. While, I would love to have every dog and cat over to my house I can’t realistically do that b/c I own a cat who does love other cats and she tolerates dogs, your dog or cat would have to be cat friendly. So most of my jobs are me coming to your home whether that is a drop in or a full time boarding situation while you’re on vacation.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
