I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, and I’ve always had a soft spot for the furry members of the family. I haven’t been able to have pets of my own for a while, so I’ve happily adopted my friends’ cats and dogs instead—affectionately calling them my **“furry nieces and nephews.”** I’m the person who wants to hear all about their personality, remembers their favorite treats, and is perfectly happy spending an unreasonable amount of time giving them attention. Last year, I took that love a step further and volunteered at a local animal shelter, where I spent my time walking and caring for dogs. I absolutely loved it and realized that getting to know different animals—and figuring out what makes each one comfortable and happy—is something I genuinely enjoy. This allows me to build pet care into my day and offer visits at different times rather than being tied to a traditional 9–5 schedule. I’m available for morning and evening visits during the week, with even more flexibility on the weekends. I can also make multiple visits throughout the day when your pet needs a little extra attention. My typical availability looks like: Mondays & Wednesdays: I have the most flexibility and can usually stop by up to three times throughout the day. Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: These days are a little busier, but I can still provide a morning visit and an evening visit after 4 PM. Weekends: I have more flexibility and can make multiple visits throughout the day depending on your pet’s needs and location. I know every pet has a different routine, and I’m happy to work with you to create a schedule that keeps your pet comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Whether your cat needs a quick morning check-in, some evening playtime, or multiple visits throughout the day, I have the flexibility to make it work. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for a pet in their home, I treat their space and routine with the same respect I would want for my own home and animals. I take the time to learn your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, litter box or potty routines, favorite toys, hiding spots, and any quirks or behaviors I should know about. I know that cats especially can be sensitive to changes, so I try to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible while you’re away. I’m also very mindful of home security. I make sure doors are securely closed, follow any instructions regarding alarms or entry, and am careful with windows, doors, and anything else your pet might get into. I’ll never leave a pet in an unsafe situation or do anything outside of the care instructions you’ve provided. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable knowing that someone trustworthy is looking after your pet and your home. I’m happy to send updates, photos, and little check-ins so you can see how your furry family member is doing while you’re away. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own home—and for you to have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I have many years of experience with animals. As a teenager I worked at a vet for about a year were I helped clean kennels, take dogs out for walks as well as feed and clean up after them. I have also had my own pets since I was very young. Including dogs and cats as well as rabbits and hamsters. I have taken care of kittens as young as a week old to pets being days away from passing on. I am currently a stay at home mom. I have a 2 month old little boy and a 6 year old boy. I also have 2 dogs myself. A almost 3 year old beagle and a 2 year old red heeler. They certainly keep me on my toes but I am willing to take on the needs of other peoples pets as if they were my own. I know how heartbreaking it is to have to keep your pets inside alone all day while having to work or are going away and need some reliable to help with them so me being able to help you and them is something I want to be able to do. I have 2 dogs that are my other babies. While I’m home I’m constantly taking them outside for walks when I can as well as playing with them. My beagle is a cuddly girl so we definitely spend some time lounging around and cuddling on the couch as well.

About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I was always the one to clean up after them and ensure they had new toys and a clean space to enjoy. I am currently working part time and off Fridays. I would like to earn some extra cash to continue growing my daughters savings so she can get a good education. I have a fenced in yard. After a day outside we all come in to rest . Our two dogs are caged at nite with all newbies are comfortable upstairs with my wife and I. Come share in the love and affection of our family... Having the time now in my life after my children have grown I now enjoy the company of animals where we can play fetch and enjoy the great outdoors if it is only in the backyard or on the deck of my home and or yours. I have and there's a line fence property as well as a lead where all can play with plenty of room. Or animals that need to be crated are as loved as well as I do to my two dogs. If you have cats that are part time outdoor cats and also indoor cats -- I will only let the cats out, while I am at the house 100% of the time and supervising them, as I want to ensure that your pets are safe.
