About: With a lifelong passion for dogs and three years of hands-on training in animal science at TCHS, I provide expert care in walking, feeding, grooming, and administering medications. Currently, I apply these skills daily at a local kennel, ensuring every pet receives personalized attention and the highest standard of care. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine as I currently work part-time at Vixen Hall Kennels. My schedule changes weekly, but I’m flexible with hours and can easily accommodate different times. I’m also willing to get up early or stay up late if needed to ensure your pets receive the best care at any time of day. I treat every pet like they’re my own, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their own environment. I follow any specific instructions provided by the owner to maintain their pets' routine, whether it’s feeding, playtime, or medication. I’m committed to providing personalized care and always prioritize the well-being of each animal, ensuring a stress-free experience while you're away.

About: I treat all fur babies with the spoiled loving kindness I pour into my own pets. I’ve owned my own pets for over a decade, and I’ve been looking after neighbor’s pets since I was a teen. I raised my own 2 Great Pyrenees from 8 weeks old, so I’m comfortable caring for all the stages of life - any age, size or breed. While the little pups are cute and I love them too, oversized fluffy breeds have a special place in my heart. I’ve got 2 at home, and walk them together (about 200lbs of dog combined 😅) I’m very comfortable taking large dogs on walks, playing, and giving them all snuggles they deserve. Want someone to hang out and keep your pets company while you’re gone? My full-time job is remote and if you have good Wi-Fi, I can work out of your home to keep your fur babies company for a longer period of time during the day. Message me for more details and let me know if this is something you’re interested in. I work from home, so I can stop by to let puppies out midday depending on my day to day. I could also potentially work a part day remote from your home (and keep your pets company) during the day if you have Wi-Fi. I am saving up for a wedding next year, and am looking to make a little extra cash on the side by providing these services. I treat all fur babies as I would my own, with love and respect. I’ve been hired repeatedly by many pet owners over the years. Being a step-mom of 3, I have life experience and perspective on how to care for your pets and your home. Kindness and courtesy always.

“Jenni had contacted me to let me know that she was on her way for our dogs’ walk. She took pics of them to show us that she was at our home with the dogs. I had told her about the route the dogs were use to taking and she showed us the map of the route. The dogs were good for her out on the walk. When they got home they were well tired enough and curled up for a nap. I look forward to having Jenni come walk them again!”

About: Rescued my Staffordshire Terrier / Mastiff mix when she was almost four and worked with a trainer to have her become my service dog. I had an amazing seven years with her until a brain tumor forced us to say goodbye. I spent 2021-2022 volunteering weekly at a rescue handling puppies, walking them and helping socialize them. In 2022 I adopted a five month old Rottweiler/pitbull mix puppy from Kansas. He is high energy and tecently completed his Begining manners obedience class. I'm enjoying training him, and when the end of the day comes he is a joy to cuddle up on the couch with and watch some tv. When conducting g drop ins I pay attention to details like how much ffod/water ate in the bowl, consistency and color of bowel movements and any other factors that I think may effect the overall health and well-being of your furry family member. Of course there is always time allowed for pets, snuggles, and wet puppy kisses. As a boarder I only take one dog at a time. Our guest "furry friend"- your dog, will have they own guest crate in my room, which is an efficiency suite in my parents basement. Your dog will have my dog to play with, get plenty of cuddle time on the couch when I watch TV, and the guest crate is only 10 feet from my bed, so we are all together. We live on 2 unfenced acres, so there is a lot of fun yard to run around in and play with my dog in during the day. I am currently not working a traditional job. As a result my time is flexible and other than my commitment to a number a regulars I do drop ins for, my schedule is pretty flexible. I prefer caring for pets in their own home as this is where they are most comfortable. I'm the new unknown factor. As much as I can keep to their typical routine and environment the more at ease I feel your pet will be.

About: Animals are Gods among us. I agree with Ricky Gervais, that "a dog loves you more than it loves itself, and that's why I worship dogs." Honestly, this gig is a bit selfish - my sweet baby Pit Mix passed away recently & I miss her terribly. I'm certain that engaging with animals will soothe this depression. I am socially awkward with humans, but I love animals. This will be therapy, a true gift, to me. I also need to exercise more and would like to be able to afford any kind of home, some day. My family has had pets since I was in kindergarten. I volunteered with Faithful Friends in High School, through which I also fostered kittens. I have taken care of my neighbors' & friends' pets while away over the years, which I equate to a collective total of ~2 years. I take medical issues very seriously & cared for my doll when she was ill. I understand how stressful & important it is. My favorite thing about walking a dog is when the folded tops of their ears bounce up and down. I work full time until ~4:30PM, but I am usually free after. I am available for boarding on the weekends. On the days I work from home (typically Monday & Wednesday), I can also provide a walk or check in during my lunch hour (1 to 2PM). There are no other animals or children in my home; your pet will have my undivided attention. I have a large partially fenced in yard, and many walking trails nearby. I'm also happy to take care of a pet in your home, if preferred.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of many sizes and temperaments for over 6 years. Having two of my own rescue fur babies and helping friends, family, and neighbors, I’ve developed a calm, confident approach that pets respond well to. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every dog like my own—whether that’s administering medication, going on long walks, or simply giving them love and attention while you’re away. I am currently in the process of credentialing for a full-time healthcare job, so I am available at whatever day and times work best for others! I am unable to have dogs at my home, but am happy and willing to follow any instructions you provide me for taking care of your fur baby in their home and environment! I have a car which I can transport them to fun adventures or we can hang out at your house/neighborhood. My 2.5 year old fur baby is also dog-friendly if you’d like your pet to have a dog play companion.

About: Growing up surrounded by pets, including my own dog, I've learned the ins and outs of creating a joyful and safe environment for pets. I promise more than just the basics; your pets will receive extra doses of love, playtime, and companionship. I have life-long experience caring for my pets, family members' pets, friends' pets, and neighbors' pets. I have experience with senior dogs; for example, administering medication and handling walks with care due to joint issues. I am comfortable handling multiple pets at once and pets with high energy and unique needs. My academic and professional background in education and health sciences has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and care for children. As a pet sitter, these qualities translate into a trustworthy and dependable caretaker for your beloved furry companions. I am available weekends and evenings. As a school district employee, I am off during the holidays and can pet sit during your holiday vacations! I recognize that every pet is unique, and I take the time to understand their individual needs, routines, and preferences. Consistency is key, and I adhere closely to your instructions to maintain a sense of familiarity for your pets. Whether it's feeding schedules, exercise routines, or favorite play activities, I strive to build trust by providing reliable and personalized care. My approach to caring for pets in your home revolves around safety precautions, personalized attention, and creating an environment that mirrors the familiarity and comfort they feel when you're around. Your pets' well-being and happiness are at the forefront of my care routine, ensuring they thrive in the security of their own home.

About: I don't have any pets myself, but I have lots of experience with them! I used to have chickens for several years, and I've also worked with horses as well. I gained a lot of experience working in a dog kennel, and became very comfortable with all different breeds and temperaments of both dogs and cats. I also have occasionally house sat for friends and family over the years and have taken care of several senior dogs. I love caring for animals and making sure they get the love and attention they deserve, so I can't wait to take care of your pet! I am now currently available at any time during the week except for early mornings on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and on Sunday mornings until 1pm. Currently I am not able to care for any pets in my own home, but I very flexible and can care for your animals however you wish in your home. I can easily adhere to any schedule you already have set in place for your pet, so any walks, potty breaks, or specific feeding schedules will be no problem for me.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs in my life since I can remember. I have 5 cats (one senior) and I’m currently training my 6 month old puppy. I’ve watched my family’s pets several times without any issues. I’m working part time right now from home with flexible hours, so anytime you need me, I’ll be there for you and your fur baby. I treat any animal I take care of like my own making sure I go above and beyond for their care. They aren’t humans so we need to be extra sure they get what they deserve.

About: I have had three dogs for the past 4 years and I have lots of experience taking care of other people’s dogs. I have most experience with small and medium size dogs. I am currently a student working part time so I have a lot of time to take care your pet and give them the attention they need. I have three small dogs of my own and a backyard that the dogs are welcome to play in. I am willing to have animals at my house or go to your home and take care of them in yours.

About: I have a deep love for all furbabies! I do well with any size dogs or cats! I enjoy playing with animals of all kinds ! I'm currently a SAHM of one, in Christiana, De. I have a completely open and flexible schedule. Open to driving within 15 miles of location. I am now open to offer in house care for any dogs/cats up to 2 at a time. I have no animals of my own anymore, but my son is very animal friendly.

“Lillian is a fantastic! Crash is our baby. We trust her with him like a member of the family. We couldn’t ask for a more caring, thoughtful person to assist us when my wife and I have be without Crash.”

Whatever needs to be done to ensure the proper care, safety, and happiness of your animal(s) will be done. I’ve been around a lot of different cats and dogs with different needs and always do my best to meet them.

Destiny P.Star Sitter

“Destiny is very responsive with me (a nervous first time dog mom) and patient and gentle with my pup who takes time to warm up to new people.”

Kellie K.
“Kellie is a natural around dogs. She’s great with all animals but her affinity for dogs is unmatched. It’s like they just gravitate towards her because they sense her positivity and charisma. She cares for any dog like it is her own and she’d be the first person I’d call if I needed my own dog cared for. I trust her implicitly. You will not be disappointed in the service she can provide!”

Beata B.
“Beata is fantastic with my two dogs. She’s reliable, caring, and clearly loves what she does. Any time she’s watching them, I never have to worry—they’re always happy, well taken care of, and I get regular updates so I know they’re doing great. It’s such a relief to have someone I trust completely with my dogs. Highly recommend!”

Shelton H.
“I trust Shelton completely with any animals left in her care. My dog Tramp, and Lucy, have been in her care when I have been away from home. She is honest and empathetic, and also was a member of a pet therapy team with her dog and visited patients in nursing homes and children in libraries with reading dogs. She can easily handle large and small dogs, as well as cats, and also in a family which fostered grey hounds. Shelton is gentle but also a leader. Her training and experience as a teacher of young children helps her in this regard. You can also be assured she can be trusted with the responsibilities of a home; she has been cleared with all government background checks. Shelton would be a stellar addition to your organization.”
