I am a veterinary assistant working at McClelland Small Animal Hospital, and I’m pet sitting not only due to my love of animals, but to use the extra funds to help pay for my dream wedding! I’ve had pets my entire life, and I’m so fortunate to be able to help care for others' pets every day. I will love and treat your critters like they are my own, as taking care of animals is truly my passion. I currently work full time at an animal hospital and own 3 dogs, 2 cats, a crab, and even a jumping spider, so pet care is truly second nature to me. When I’m entrusted in caring for your pet and your home, I will be there all night and in the morning before I head into work. I will check on them during my lunch hour so they can have a potty break, lunch (if needed), play time, cuddles, and plenty of attention, before I'm back with them right after my work day. I'm always incredibly respectful of my clients homes, ensuring things are just as neat and tidy (if not more so) than they were when I arrived. Mail will be brought in, trash taken out, and bed linens cleaned. You're on a vacation, why worry about cleaning up when you get home?! The animal hospital I work for has a boarding facility for dogs and cats. When I’m not caring for others pets at work, I’m tending to my menagerie at home! As the owner of pets who have trouble being removed from their “safe space,” you can rest easy knowing that your pets will receive plenty of love and care in the place they feel the most comfortable. During a meet and greet, I come prepared with an information sheet to fill out so that I can make sure I cater to each pets specific needs. Everything from feeding times, food sensitivities, and jotting down your pets favorite toys and activities!

I am a pet lover with a caring heart and am very glad to play, walk and care for pets as I am away from mine for school. I have a medical background and am currently a medical student. I am currently a student at Jacob’s Medical School, with classes primarily in the morning but lots of flexible, free time in the afternoon and evening. About: I have been around cats and dogs (of all sizes) my entire life. I am comfortable with any breed, size or age, offering a lot of hugs and belly rubs. I have lot of experience with walking, medicating, and playing with pups or just keeping them company. I currently work M-F 8-4, my evenings and weekends are free for me to take care of your furry friends and give them some love. I’m able to walk your pets in their desired areas or play in their yards as well as maintain any routines or schedules they are use too.

About: - I love to walk, even those longer walks for those dogs such as my families own golden whom requires a lot of exercise! -I always carry disposable bags for poop and a water bottle for dogs as they get thirsty on walks -I also carry treats when walking - My families' dog is very afraid so I know how to deal with dogs that have those traits and do everything in my power to prevent them from interacting with any animal or anyone who would put them in a bad situation. -I always heed a dog owners' rules when caring for another's family member, because they know the dog best. -I treat another's pet as my own. -I make sure they are safe at all times. -I am not afraid of telling others they are not to pet a dog that does not want to be touched or interact with anyone but his/her human loved ones. I presently work part time and in schools during the school year. I have fostered dogs in the past with this same schedule and my foster pups were very happy.
