About: I have a lifetime of experience with pets and pet care taking, and beyond that I have always loved each and every animal in my life to the utmost extent (to my detriment sometimes, I just get so attached). Over the years, I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, amphibians, snakes, chickens, goats, ducks, and more! I am experienced with administering insulin and other medicines, and I am strict about not allowing them to eat any foods that aren't approved by their parent(s). I do not use harsh chemicals or fragrances on myself or in the home. I also have experience with the rare yet significant situation of coordinating veterinary euthanasia with the pets' parents in the event of major life illness/crisis. I have provided elder pet hospice care twice while pet sitting and innumerable times in my own life with pets I've owned over the years. While never pleasant by any means, know that your elder pets are in deeply loving, caring hands should something like this crisis arise. I provide video chat, trips to any vet of your choice (or an at-home vet I've worked with for years) to help us diagnose what your furry baby might be experiencing, and after you've talked with the vet yourself, watched over video chat, and decided to take the hard yet best decision for your pet, I am ready to help manage the process for a smooth, comfortable experience for everyone. I have had a family (my best friends and their children) on video chat while I cradled their cat through this transitional moment, at their vet's office with 3 nurses there to help us. Probably the hardest thing I've done in this line of work, but an important factor for anyone with elder pets who may experience their last moments while you are away and need somebody experienced and able to manage such a situation. Something we never, ever hope to occur, but if an animal is suffering, the kindest thing we can do for them sometimes. Just know they would be treated with the same care you would want to treat them during such an experience, and I would be in touch along every step of the way. And otherwise, I am happy to help and care for your pets at any age! And puppies at least over a year old I work part time from home, mostly from my phone, and am able to be present with your critters pretty much 24/7 save for the occasional errands! I am always happy to discuss the type of schedule your baby(/ies) might need! I still wear a high quality mask into people's homes during drop in visits (April 2024 and beyond!), I'm a covid safe sitter. I am always happy to take over a pet's routine in their home and adapt to things such as where they like to sleep, where they like to walk, and what their little quirks in the space might be. I make sure to keep items like foods, cleaning supplies, and vitamins well out of their reach, and I do a thorough cleaning of the space before you return as well!

About: I currently have an orange tabby named Milo (10 years old) and a black kitten named Salem (about a year old) and a hamster named Onion Ring. I’ve taken care of animals when I was little up till now , I also fostered cats and animals even as far as raccoon babies I saved and let into the wild when they got older my neighbors and friends have always came to me about watching their pets if they went away, Im a very trust worthy down to earth person I consider myself. I have a huge passion for animals they deserve the world. You won’t regret booking with me 🐈🐶💕 I have free time within my profession. I don’t have any children just my cats so I would enjoy taking care of animals for you I live in a quiet, clean non dirty environment and pet friendly apartment with dog/cat park and a closed in deck. I have lots of space for your animal to relax in comfort, and play.

As soon as my dogs see Joni they run up to her and immediately feel like they are at home. I have never seen my dogs react to anyone as well as they do to Joni. Not even family members they see on a regular basis! I have finally found a loving place for my dogs to stay when I go out of town. It has taken me years. Dogs have the best intuition!! About: I have always been an animal lover! Growing up we had many cats over the years. I got my first dog as a young adult and it was nothing less than spectacular! I love most animals... it’s the insects like Spiders I could do without lol! I have cared for other families animals including cats and dogs, as well as my own. I have cared for the animals through drop-in’s and/or staying at their residence. I do travel a bit with my job, but would love to bond with your pet when I’m in town and available.
