“Reece is an amazing pet caregiver! She's catsit for me many times, and is always loving and attentive to what my cat needs. She's very good at sending updates if I'm gone for a long trip, letting me know if anything is wrong or if she has any questions, and even just to let me know that my cat is doing well and having a good time with her, including lots of photos. She recently showed just what a huge heart she has for pets when watching my other cat, who had been sick and not doing well, taking her to a last minute vet visit when I was out of town and then being sure to give her a lot of extra love and making her comfortable until I could get back home. And I know that for friends with dogs she's been great with them as well!”

“First off, our dog is 3ish years old and this was only the 3rd time we've needed to have her looked after (We take her with us as much as we can). The first time we had her boarded at our vet. While I really like the vet, I will never have her boarded there again. So the second time we needed help I had family members offer to look after her at their house. Despite being spoiled, she stopped eating and moped around till we returned. This time around I decided that she might be most comfortable staying in her own space... Enter David. First off, he quickly responded to my inquiry (not everyone did) and we scheduled a meet and greet. Among other things, I really appreciated his honesty about having a day job and offer to take Pickle to the office with him or to arrange to come by on his lunch break to check on her. Turned out she was able to go with him which I think worked out well for her and am slightly jealous that I can't do the same! He also looked after our cranky cat and didn't ever complain about our spoiled children. I definitely trust David and will enlist his help again in the future.”

About: I’ve had pets since I was 9 years old and am totally in love with spending time with them! Dogs, one kitty, fish, and even frogs :) Whether you have an energetic pup that needs lots of exercise or a calm cat that just needs some company and ear scratches, I can do it all. I have experience with bigger dogs and well as puppy training. I can also handle two dogs at once on a walk. Let’s not forget the felines; I have extensive experience housesitting/pet sitting in a two cat household. Please reach out if you have any questions, I’m excited to learn about your furry friend! I just moved back to LA after a brief stint in the Bay Area, so while I’m getting my new job in place I’m so excited to try something I always wanted to do: pet care! I love being outside and taking walks in the gorgeous LA weather, so it’s a perfect part-time fit. My schedule is quite flexible and I have a car, so I should be able to make most pet care requests work out. It’s most important for me to be consistent with the routine that you already have for your pet. You’ve worked hard to train them and I want to use all of the rules, commands, etc. that you have established with them. Just let me know your preferences and I will make sure I follow them.

A woman who carries clothing and blankets in the back of the car in case she comes across someone in need of them, this kind of compassion and thoughtfulness is absolutely mirrored in how she treats animals. Animals truly make her happy and she is always going above and beyond to make sure the pet(s) in her care gets everything they need. Teny is very active and loves any excuse to exercise, so she never skimps on a good quality walk. She is very methodical and always makes sure animals in her extended care eat, exercise (and receive meds if needed) as per instructed by their owners. She's definitely someone you'll instantly feel a connection with and want to request over and over again to spend time with your fur babies!”
