“This was our first experience with Rover.com, and we were a little nervous about leaving our beloved senior kitty duo in the care of “strangers,” even though Alison and Robert had many exemplary reviews. Whatever hesitation we felt was immediately put to rest when we had our meet and greet. We found Alison and Robert both to be warm and caring and patient, but also incredibly professional and thorough. They asked a lot of questions (and made a lot of notes) about each kitteh’s likes, dislikes, medical and emotional needs, favorite spots and toys, etc. They didn’t blink at hand feeding our toothless Persian rescue, and even succeeded at brushing both cats regularly (a feat we are still marveling at since our efforts have always been met with swats and glares). They even gently removed a tummy mat that we’d been gingerly working on before we left. Incredible! And all of that doesn’t even include the best part of working with them, which was the comforting and informative communication we received after every visit. Each update included the basics like meal and potty status, but also humorous and endearing notes and photos that captured our babies at play and getting lots of love and individualized attention. These photos and notes enabled us to fully enjoy our time away, because we could regularly see how relaxed and happy our pets were. Bonus: many of the shots were so artistic and well done that they rivaled those of a professional photographer! In closing, I would tell anyone considering a booking with Alison and Robert that they truly understand and love animals and know how to cultivate trust. I can tell that our cats really enjoyed their time while we were away, and I bet that they wonder when they’ll get to spend time again with their new friends. Thank you, Alison and Robert. “Kira did an absolutely amazing job with our two kittens and tripod cat. I felt very confident that she could handle anything they threw her way (especially because they aren't fully integrated yet and I wasn't sure how nice my older cat would be with the kittens!) Kira facilitated them safetly getting to know each other, provided them a clean safe environment, and loads of love. I can tell she loves cats by the second she greeted them. She filled out amazing thorough reports everyday that made me feel like i wasnt missing anything even though we were gone for a week. She was a wonderful cat sitter and I can't say enough good things about her!”

I mean someone who can work as a traveling vet assistant and be handed a cat from a client because they could sense that they would have a good home with Lou should be enough of a clue. “Caitlyn was a responsible pet sitter. I have 2 adult cats and a senior dog. She played with them. Feed them their chow and walked my dog Keiko and played with him to burn up some of his energy. She kept the cats litter box scooped and swept up any litter that might have come out of the litter box. She spent time brushing and playing with the girls. I highly recommend this very responsible young women to care for your pet.”
