She went above and beyond with washing olive's towel and bowels , keeping everything neat and ready for pick up. We could tell Olive had lots of fun with Dina and Skylar. “Our dog had a great time with the family. Michelle & Mike took time to let us meet the family ahead of time including their daughter and their dog Trixie. They are a very friendly family with a nice fenced yard. It is the first boarding experience for our dog and us. They sent us many nice pictures, videos and messages to let us know our little puppy was doing well. They took extra time to feed our dog since she is a picky eater. We strongly recommend boarding your dog with them.”

“We are so happy we found Sandra to take care of Brandy. She is really caring and we felt she treated Brandy like part of the family. Brandy can be shy and timid, and she was very gentle with her approach to Brandy to help her get comfortable in her new environment. She was great at communicating with us, and sent several pictures of Brandy so we could see how relaxed and comfortable she was. When I dropped her off she had a list of notes from our initial discussion which basically covered the list of notes I was leaving with her (food amount and schedule, using harness for walks, sleeps on bed (Sandra's bed) - I was really impressed with her level of detail. She is already scheduled for boarding with Sandra at the end of the month and I am relieved to have someone I trust to watch her while we are away.”

“Can I give more stars? Elaine and her husband, Ken, were incredibly accommodating. We were in town for our wedding with our two little guys and Elaine was happy to have them. But it doesn't stop there. My husband picked them up after the first night so that we could have them at the wedding and Ken came to our wedding several hours later to grab them for the second night. I didn't worry about them at all despite the fact that we had not spent a night away from them before this. I only wish there was an Elaine in our town in Texas.”
