Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. We felt at ease knowing our pup was in good hands. Leroy came back relaxed and clean, even with all the recent rains! Without a doubt, we would book with Cassie again! “Amazing stay! Kichi normally doesn’t play well with others due to her pint size and age but she fit right in. She was even looking for her friends on her walk when we got home. I appreciated Claudia’s questions and could tell she read all of our notes about our dog. I was at ease and it’s the first stay where I didn’t have nightmares about my dog’s well being.”

She was also flexible with drop off and pick up times and sent several photos and updates while we were gone for our 2 day trip.
