“Alix is our go to pet sitter when we are away. Currently I have 3 kitties and a turtle. 13, 11 and 1.5 years old. Had them all since kittens. Alix is the only one I've ever trusted with their care while we are gone. She has also taken care of our various other animals threw the years. Ferret, rats, parakeets. Alix always makes sure the litter box is clean, food and water bowls are filled and love has been administered to each critter! Some times she sends us pictures while we are away. Which is a huge relief to see that everyone is alive and well cared for. It gives me peace of mind knowing when I cant be there. Some who truly loves animals is there looking out for my babies :)”

About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals growing up. I have always had dogs of my own and right now we have a golden retriever and a black lab that are very friendly! We aim to make this the best place for your dogs while you are away. I work from home during the week with a ton of flexibility to play or go on walks. Also having two dogs of my own there is plenty of play and rest time. I have a fenced yard and two 5 year old dogs that will make your dog feel at home. Dogs are people in this house. They are allowed on furniture and beds.

About: I've lived with dogs since the second grade when I surprised my parents by bringing home the neighborhood stray. I have since shared my home with beagles, dachshunds, german shepherds, Yorkshire terriers, golden retrievers, Australian shepherds, and my current dog of 11 years, a tripawd terrier named Wayne! I have direct experience with a diverse range of behaviors, energy levels, health needs, and personality types, and feel at ease with all dogs. I've also owned and directly cared for cats. Looking to pet sit/dog walk for people living in the Waterfront Place apartments. I currently work part-time and from home, so I have a highly flexible schedule. I can provide supervision and company to pets in clients' homes. Small dogs are welcome to stay in my home with my dog and myself for short periods of time (4-8 hours during the day).
