They had a great time and were well cared for. For our part, it was very easy to get in touch with her throughout the process (scheduling, meet & greet, during the vacation). While we were on vacation, she communicated with us daily with short written updates, videos, and photos. (She also took in random packages that got delivered.) I felt very confident that the house and cats would be in great hands (and they were!). Would happily hire Isa again - highly recommend!”
