“We had a fantastic experience with Natalia and Avraham. They watched our dog, Winston, in their home for 5 days and updated us every step of the way. This was the first time we had ever used Rover, and preparatory to a long planned 10 day trip to Europe we had confirmed with a different sitter six weeks prior...who cancelled on us three days before we were to leave. I searched Rover again, found Dorsa and George, and it was the best decision we made. They were immediately responsive, confirmed right away, and arranged for a meetup the next day just so that we'd all feel comfortable...including the dog. They could not have been friendlier, warmer or more responsive. When we were in Europe we received regular updates and photos, and if we had any questions we'd get a response back virtually immediately. We felt very comfortable with Draco in their care. When we picked him up today it was obvious he was well cared for, they liked him, and he them, and we were thrilled with the choice we made. We don't normally leave for 10 days at a time...more like a day or long weekend...but our go to would be Dorsa and George. Nicer people you cannot find.”
