About: I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science. I have been working with animals for over 10 years and I will be sure to give your pet the best care it needs. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to walk and care for your pets on the weekends, as well as in the mornings and evenings on weekdays. About: I'm a former clinical research nurse coordinator dealing with human patients for 20 years before becoming disabled. I have had pets all of my life. I have adopted several cats and dogs from the humane society including a 3 legged Siamese cat who was a Siamese twin that surgically separated from his sister leaving them both with 3 legs. I have trained several my dogs including a temperamental Dalmatian mix. I currently have a 13 year old Chihuahua/American Eskimo mix, who has Cushing's Disease that is on medication twice a day, a 9 year old Rat Terrier/Toy Poodle mix and an 8 year old black short haired cat that loves snuggling. My little dogs love to play what I call trick or treat. The kitty loves to play fetch the hair elastic and fishing. I have recently started pet sitting for a cat in the neighborhood. I've always loved animals and as a child I wanted to be a veterinarian. I am a former clinical research nurse with 20 years of nursing experience who has been on disability for 10 years. I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer 4 years ago and I now am looking to supplement my income by working with animals and giving and receiving unconditional love. I make sure that the pets are fed, have water, and go potty, (which means cleaning up after them.) Of course play with and walk the dogs. I would come to your home at intervals of 1, 2 or 3 times a day or if you or if you need I can stay at your home to care for your pet.
