“SO so grateful to have found both Jacob and his wife through Rover - I think I suffer from far worse separation anxiety being away from my dog than she does being away from me (?) however, after meeting these two and their own four rescue dogs during a pre-boarding meet and greet, I had absolutely no worries that she would be in great hands. They were both SO kind, communicative, and welcoming. Their genuine compassion and love for dogs was immediately obvious, as was the fact that they both possess thorough knowledge of canine care and behavior. Wrigley even immediately recognized the house when I dropped her off and was so excited for her stay - that and the consistent updates/photos/communication gave me SUCH peace of mind and I will absolutely be reaching out for any future dog sitting needs. “Toby, my dearest little 8lb. Cheweenie fur baby does wonderfully with Pam and her small fur baby crew! I am so grateful to have Pam and her fur family to care for Toby. He has a blast. Pam always goes above and beyond for Toby. Moreso, Pam is very intuitive and provides for Toby his likes and preferences such as his favorite sunspot, placed bed in front of heater vent, food preferences. Huge she let's him sleep with her at night as that is what he is used to with me. Upon picking Toby up, although he is always happy to see me I can very much see he has bonded with Pam and her sweet pups and cats, making his stay very nice and positive experience. Pam and her fur babies have become like extended family as Auntie Pam and his fur cousins ❤️”

Her own dogs are so cute and I felt comfortable leaving Vala with her and her dogs for the weekend. She provided photos/updates while I was away, which I greatly appreciated.
