“Excellent Care for Chanel! I had the pleasure of booking Maritza to care for my beloved dog Chanel for six days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As a new business, Maritza went above and beyond to ensure that both Chanel and I felt comfortable and at ease. From the very beginning, Maritza arranged for us to meet in person prior to booking. This allowed me to see both the inside and outside of her home where Chanel would be staying. I appreciated this opportunity as it showed Maritza's transparency and dedication to providing a safe and welcoming environment for her furry guests. Unlike other businesses, Maritza's willingness to allow potential clients to visit beforehand and ask any questions is a testament to her commitment to customer satisfaction. She kept me informed and updated throughout Chanel's stay, sending plenty of photos so I wouldn't miss my fur baby too much while on vacation. What I especially appreciated was Maritza's thoughtfulness in asking how much information I wanted while I was away on a cruise, showing that she tailors her services to meet the specific needs and preferences of her clients. Maritza's service was exceptional in every way. Not only did she provide pick-up and drop-off services for Chanel, but she also returned her happy, clean, and continuing her training and potty training. She even introduced Chanel to the Bell at the door system, seeking my permission beforehand, which allows Chanel to notify us when she needs to use it. This level of care and attention truly exceeded my expectations. In conclusion, I highly recommend Maritza's pet care services. I genuinely hope that her business continues to thrive because I would love to entrust Chanel to her care again in the future. “Jo is amazing. She took care of my dog like he was her own pet. She has 2 other fur babies but they get along well with Noodles, maybe because they are the same breed so that helps. Noodles need very minimum care but Jo went above and beyond to give him all the attention that he deserved. She got him chewing tooth brush, vitamins, and toppers without us asking. She is extremely good with updates and photos. Even though we traveled oversee but we get a few updates with photos with a short message, this help us knowing he's in good care. She makes sure he get his long walk and exercise with her. She has a good size back yard for him to roam around as well. I will 1000% using her as our forever dog sitter for sure. I'm very thankful for her thoughtfulness and warmth toward Noodles and our family.”
