They sent pics and videos to make me feel comfortable about me being apart. At pickup time they provided advice based off of what they experienced during the stay to help her next stay be just that much better for my pup. I never have to worry when my puppy Sadie is with Lorena because I know that she will be extremely well taken care of. Plus my Sadie adores her and gets so excited whenever she sees her! Lorena treats Sadie as if she is her own and will do anything to make sure Sadie feels comfortable and 100% at home. She’s very communicative and sends updates and pictures throughout the day. I can’t say enough good things about Lorena and I highly recommend her for caring for any and all dogs!”
