She offered free pickup which is took a lot of stress off me prior to my travel. I also met her mother on FaceTime who assists in sitting and taking care of the pets as well. This interaction TRIPLED my experience to more SUPER easy, and comfortable. Maggie sends videos and pictures everyday which I loved. She gave me detailed updates about my pets progress. Upon pickup I received a beautiful Thank you card with customized bags for my two pooches. This was very thought out as each bag was specific to each pet. Thank you Maggie!”
