Pet Sitting in Huntsville

“Two stray dogs showed up at my front door begging for water. They were skin and bone Staffie puppies. They were scared and timid. We lost a very beloved Boxer and it crushed us and we both agreed to have no more pets. It's too hard parting with them. BUT we could not ignore these helpless puppies that got dumped in the country. We had plans to travel 2 days after they arrived. My daughter was a Rover caregiver. So, we turned to Rover. I named them No Name Yet in Rover. Dena is a caring caregiver. She loves pets regardless of their condition. I explained that I didn't know any history and my time dilemma. I scheduled 6 days with twice a day visits to feed and provide fresh water. Dena sent me reports and pictures every visit. She helped me understand their natures. Shirley is aggressive, especially when her food bowl is full! We decided to give them names - Laverne (brindle) and Shirley (black face). During the 6 days the pups gained weight and Shirley's wounds (unknown why) healed. I got home to 2 happy energetic puppies. Now we must decide if we are going to rehome or adopt them. Regardless, a trip to the vet is scheduled! I highly recommend Dena and plan to use her in the future (assuming we adopt). I have already made my decision but the word "we" requires a unanimous vote!”

“Katie has been phenomenal as our dog sitter for our baby boy, Max. I not only appreciate her cooperation with the general guidelines set but her love and patience too. Max is one of our rescues. A sweet boy but struggles with some anxiety. Katie has been excellent with loving on him and being patient. I plan to use Katie again. I would recommend her to anyone. Side note: Max is close to 70ibs. Katie has done wonderfully still. If you have a large fur baby and are worried about someone not being able to care for that size, Katie can and will absolutely perfectly.”

About: My name is Ashley Nguyen. I am currently in school working on my masters. I have one dog and a cat who are loving. I live with another person who also has a dog and cat but keep them in their room for no issues. I enjoy all kinds of breeds. No discrimination here. Between classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and with one class on Tuesday and Thursday, I would prioritize my furry friends. Evenings are typically dedicated to fetching my fiancé and homework. About: I can do dog walking any day , check in of your pet , and bathing , grooming . I know for some of you, your pet is an apartment pet so I’ll give the best experience I can to get some energy out . I love puppies but I also love senior dogs . Ang pet is a perfect pet . If you’ve got a hamster you need me to check in on or clean there enclosure I’ll do that too (fish, rodent, rabbit, etc.) (( cash only )) I’m a student at Sam Houston state university . I often have classes morning to noon Monday to Friday . I’m available on weekends and mid to late afternoons during the week . I’d treat your pet just like my own . If you need me just to step in the check on them or give them cuddle time I’m always there to do so . I usually like to check water bowls, next rooms in your home to make sure no accidents have happened . I also like to tidy up behind your pet before I leave to make sure that your space is better than when I arrived.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for many years as I have had my own dog since I was 7 and my cat for almost 3 years. I was a dog sitter before I moved to Huntsville as well! I am a college student and a part time teacher but have a lot of free time! I do not work Wednesdays or the weekend and usually don’t work until 2pm-6:30 pm four days a week with classes only being from 12:30-1:45 I take care of everyone’s pets as they were my own. Making sure they have food and water, given any meds they need and making sure they have used the bathroom/ have a clean litter box or puppy pads. I like to play with them a little too for 15 minutes at a minimum and always try to give them a treat if allowed!

About: I’ve always had a special way with dogs and cats. I am home 95% of the time. I have 2 dogs and a cat of my own, would have much more if I could. I have been sitting for dogs and cats for nearly 2 years, also did it off and on through high school when ever I was asked. I do this simply because I love animals, and I can’t have too many of my own so I spend time with others. I’m very flexible and willing to work with anyone’s schedules and even change up my own for your convenience if need be. Though I am doing this primarily for the enjoyment of being around animals, the care for your animal will always come first and the needs will be met with out any problems. I have two dogs of my own I care for daily. Feed and water them twice a day. I have a fenced backyard I ensure they get plenty of time outside and exercise and lots of snuggles! My pets get breakfast first thing in the morning, along with a potty/play time outside. They get snacks/treats through out the day, and more outside time in my fenced yard. Again will eat a dinner in the evening with bed time soon to follow !
