She is extremely organized and great with communication, which is much needed when looking for care for your animal. When my puppy had only been home with me for a few days, I called Hannah in a panic because my puppy was sick. Hannah dropped everything to be there for me and my puppy that day. She waited hours in the ER with us, providing positivity and a little comic relief when she knew I was really scared. Everyone/dog needs a Hannah in their life :)”
