About: I've grown up caring for cats, rabbits and dogs! I also have experience raising chicks/chickens, and some experience caring for pigs, horses and goats. I've recently adopted a large senior dog, and have two cats (and a fish) of my own. Housesitting includes plant-care (indoor and out) as needed, trash days and mail/delivery collection. I'm in school, so M/W I'm available before noon or after 4pm. T/Th I'm available before 7am or after 2:30pm. Fridays-Sun I'm usually openly available! My priority while pet sitting is your pets! If they love walks or socializing, I'll be sure they have the best "stay-cation" while your away too! For pets that stay-in (such as cats and rabbits), play and quality time for me is key- keeping them active and distracted while parents are away is so important to me.

“Barbara has been a blessing to me and my golden retriever. My mom passed away about a month ago and she watched over the dog while I was at work so I was in a situation where if I couldn’t create a life for my dog during the hours I’m away from home I would have to think of giving her up and that would have been devastating. Barbara agreed to come out twice a day to take care of Cassidy and she has been the most dependable, caring, and compassionate person to my beloved dog. She was so patient with Cassidy, she was going through a big adjustment with the loss of my mom. Barbara truly spent a lot of time establishing a bond with her and slowly they have developed a nice routine of playing in the backyard. They relax in the sun, play ball and with all her toys. I am very thankful to Barbara for the dependability, her caring nature and the smile on my dog each day I come home let’s me know I chose the right service and the perfect person to care after my dog.
