I recently moved to the area, have two dogs with complex needs & have felt so comfortable leaving them in Stephanie's care. She's been helpful with medication administration, and has provided individually tailored support to both my elderly dog, and younger pup with behavioral difficulties. The dogs have a history of scuffles, and Stephanie has been able to follow along with the complex safety plan that I have in place. I've had a previous sitter reject my rescue pup because the dog was too traumatized and anxious. Not Stephanie! She was really confident with my anxious dog and was patient, participating in multiple visits just to get to know her prior to taking on dog walking while I wasn't home. Completely 100% trust and recommend her!”

About: I have cared for animals from all walks of life and all ages of life. I understand the innate differences between all animals, and how to some the best form of company is sitting on a couch snuggling, and for others, it is chasing a ball for 2 hours straight. All animals deserve love and understanding, and I can offer a sense of safety for your fur babies in the comfort of their home, if you can't take them with you. I have worked for 3 years as a veterinary assistant, so if your babies need some yucky meds, I have a few tricks up my sleeve and I can offer some basic veterinary care if necessary. I have handled all sorts of animals so if you have some fish, birds etc that need some TLC, I can also share some love and care with them. I am in my Gap Year before starting my first year in Cornell Vet School! Although client schedules to vary I am pretty flexible when it comes to working with you to find what would work best for your furry family members. I will make sure to discuss all safety precautions and rules that can make sure that when you are away your pets won't miss a beat off their normal routine. And of course, as many photo updates as you may need! I am currently in my Gap Year before starting my first year in Cornell Vet School, so I am pretty flexible in how much time I can enjoy with your fur babies! I will make sure to mirror your pets lives to what they are like while you are here! No matter what instruction is given, or how specific it is, I understand that there is a reason it came into fruition, so it will be followed to a tee! That is my promise to you and your pet.
