“Vanessa and Paulo were wonderful. Our Louie seemed to enjoy boarding at their place. Vanessa and Paulo asked any suggestions/instructions/advices prior to boarding and followed them with Louie’s feeding & walking schedule. The photos and videos of Louie were shared by Vanessa and Paulo and helped me see our Louie doing well. We would like to take Louie to Vanessa and Paulo again if we need.”

“I had a great experience with Gabriela and Javier. They took care of my dog Wesley for 8 days, which was the longest I have ever left him, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. Gabriela was very responsive, from the beginning request throughout his whole stay. I could tell they were big dog lovers and cared about making Wesley feel comfortable. They walked him and played with him frequently. Gabriela sent updates multiple times. Best experience I’ve had on Rover, will definitely be using again!”
